Fantastic view of Bagrati Cathedral from the verandah.It was amazing to wake up to the church bells in the morning.The guesthouse looked so rustic and beautiful with the creepers on the walls.They have a nice library to browse and you could take them to your room to read at night.The host Tamara is a nice and kind lady.

The floors were a bit creaky while we moved around and we preferred a bit more cleaner bathrooms.

Perfect guest house in Kutaisi! Next to royal Bagrati cathedral, with city panorama. Very friendly hosts, speaking great English! You can go down to Kutaisi old town in few minutes.

wondeful location in kutaisi... probably the best with the view. the room was clean and simple. tamara speaks good english so we could communicate with her much better than usually and learn a few things from her :) no dinner but next door is a good restaurant with a view. would recommend!
