This is a place that gave me lots of emotional touch ! The hostess is super warm welcoming and friendly . Speak good English, room is clean. One can see they input lots of effort to keep the place as tidy and clean as they can ! I forgot my bag when we left and teh lady kept it for me for one week and with super effective communication and returned it back to me ! This for me really shows teh warm hearted personality and the hospitality ! I strongly recommend this place !

Luka Guesthouse it is a very nice and comfortable place with a splendid garden, full of flowers and beautiful plants. it is perfect for having breakfast or spending time in the evening. the hostess is very very kind and ready to answer any questions, she also speaks perfect English, making communication very easy for visitors. absolutely recommended place! we hope to return soon!

First of all, finally a host who can communicate in perfect English. Much appreciated. Very quiet place, I was the only guest, nice and clean rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with free flow of coffee and tea. Clean bathrooms with working showers, hot and water pressure. Lovely outside area with many areas to sit and relax. BBQ also possible. Perfect place for cyclist to relax.

If you look for chill and homey atmosphere this place is for you. Supermarket is 2 minutes walk. Taxis are 5 mins walk. There is beautiful garden on the back of the house.

Lovely owner. She speaks English. Clean and big rooms. Great garden. It's located on the way to Martvili canyon, near the village center

Nice classical georgian house with some modern equipment (nice bathroom, one room is air conditioned). Beautiful roofed party place in the garden. The owners are very kind folks, they took us by car where we needed. A supermarket is in a close vicinity.

The room had unbareable smell of moss. we couldn't sleep all night. We were asked to close the windows because the cats could get inside the room. The host was nice and explained on possible treks in this area.

One of good Guesthouses in Martvili. The owner is very nice women. She helped us while we did late check-in.
