A wonderful family-run guesthouse right near the center of Martvili. We received a warm welcome from Giorgi, one of the sons of the family, who spoke perfect English and made us feel right at home. The family’s hospitality was generous and everyone was eager to help us whenever possible. All was clean and well-kept. Would recommend!

Rooms are clean simple and cozy. Clean bathroom, huge kitchen with all amenities, big living room with nice fireplace. Yard is nice, hammock and shade 👌 We asked for breakfast and dinner (stayed more than week) and it was perfect, no words! Friendly owners, great location.

Very nice and clean place located directly in center of the town. Host is very friendly and helpful. If you need to spend the night or few days it’s a great choice. Shared living room with bedrooms spread around it. Large shared dining area and two shared wc/showers for a total of 4 bedrooms.

Small and cozy family guest house. Hosts are very friendly, attentive and one can get a very useful information about the sightseeing from them. I had a great experience with the other guests. One of them was an American, like myself. We got together in the evening at the patio and had a great conversation. overall the guest house was pretty good and affordable.

One can see they input lots of effort to keep the place as tidy and clean as they can ! First of all, finally a host who can communicate in perfect English. Much appreciated. Very quiet place, I was the only guest, nice and clean rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with free flow of coffee and tea. Clean bathrooms with working showers, hot and water pressure. Lovely outside area with many areas to sit and relax. BBQ also possible. Perfect place for cyclist to relax.

If you look for chill and homey atmosphere this place is for you. Supermarket is 2 minutes walk. Taxis are 5 mins walk. There is beautiful garden on the back of the house.

One of good Guesthouses in Martvili. The owner is very nice women. She helped us while we did late check-in. The surrounding was very natural and allot of fruit trees.

The family is amazingly friendly but doesn't speak much English. The dinner was 30 GEL, breakfast was 15 GEL pro Person. Unfortunately the pool cannot be heated.

Despite of the late hours of our spontaneous arriving the owners were very nice and pleased of our presence. I would recommend for everyone looking for sleeping in Tskaltubo. The owners are lovely!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We felt welcomed and warm. The owner met us in the middle of the night, showed everything, even made some late night food and tea for us along with his famous Cha cha drink, it was very kind. This hotel is mostly used by guests who take hot tube procedures with radon water in the health spa center, located in 10 minutes walking from here. Rooms are clean, and not expensive, the price of 100 lari (about 37$ per person) includes 3 time meals, a doctor's consultation and 3 different health procedures. Most guests stay here for 10 days or more.

This hotel is a super. Well furnished, good decor and comfortable. 1st class inhouse spa facilities. Overlooking the park where you will also be able access Spring 6 a short pleasant stroll.

Nice friendly and clean hotel. Reception staff and health -spa staff are wonderful Unfortunately the construction of swimming pools (dust and noise) are a temporary minus. Stray dogs outside are also unpleasant. Certainly a location to consider and especially when it will be the only hotel with an indoor swimming pool.

Beautiful and new room, clean and well equipped and very comfortable beds. There is a new kitchen next to the room and a balcony to relax on. A quiet and wonderful place to relax. Leli, the hostess, was very pleasant and smiling, and communication was with the help of Google Translate, because she does not speak English, only Russian and Georgian. A highly recommended place!

Amazing hotel. The restaurant on the top floor is over 5 stars. The waiter/chef really knows the wines and tasty food. Only soundproofing in rooms is super bad, and there was one couple fighting one night in their room... Views are absolutely beautiful. Some problems with parking spaces.

Hill hotel is one of the best Hotel in Kutaisi. The place is so clean and cozy. Its top on a hill so the view is very amazing. The breakfast buffet is very delicious. I stayed at this hotel with my husband and it was beyond our expectations. The staff was good. Rooms were neat and clean and fridge was full of wines, water, snacks etc. The view from hotel is also beautiful. They serve breakfast individually to everyone and the service is also really nice. I stayed at this hotel last week with my partner. we really enjoyed our stay here, very quiet and lovely views of kutaisi and bagrati monastery. our room was very spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. the owner was very welcoming and helpful for any requests we had.

Very nice room with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. However, the hotel is a bit far out. But the staff are lovely; they offered to accompany me to buy meals on several occasions. Otherwise, taxis aren't expensive in the country, so it's not a problem at all. I recommend it.

Hotel was in good location to old town, rooms are spacious and have everything what you need. Our request was met to have rooms close to each other with our kids. As a result, we were transferred to an alternative accommodation, Hotel David, which ultimately did not meet our expectations. The staff, cleanliness, and decoration here is fantastic. They have a restaurant, breakfast included, and even a coffee shop. I feel very at home and welcome here. A surprisingly lovely hotel decorated with paintings by local artists and clay murals of the tale of Jason and the argonauts. It is tucked away in a good location, near to the white bridge and on a street lined with restaurants and wineries.

Nice hotel. I like the restaurant that is next to it. We got a big room with more than enough space for 3 people. The breakfast was ok. Bear in mind that the hotel is a little pricey (total 320 GEL for 2 nights for 3 adults)
