The only downside is that the shower is right in the centre of the bathroom, without curtains or any separation, which means everything gets dripping wet, but most showers in the area are like that

The owner is really nice, english perfect spoken. The rooms are very clean with beautiful views, similar to a hotel. Good breakfast with fresh local food. Quiet neighbourhood, only 5' walking from the old town-center

Located on the outskirts of the town, a quarter of an hour's walk from the centre, this is a guest house that could be more of a hotel, in a building that looks like it was recently built

We had a double room, spacious, clean, with a private bathroom, hairdryer, towels and lovely views of the town. The wifi worked very reasonably. It doesn't have a TV or air conditioning, but you don't really miss them

Literally the best 🤩 there is a wonderful view on the balcony of my room showing mountains and those lovely old towers that are everywhere in the region

The views from the big, chill porch are stunning. Very hospitable family, dog, cows and chickens. No food provided here, but they are willing to do your laundry, even after all day, dusty and sweaty hikes

This accommodation is very nice! It’s a little hidden but the host is helpful in helping you find the place. The room is spacious and has an amazing bed. Also the sanitary is modern and clean

The rooms are mostly good with comfortable beds and clean toilets, I'd recommend the small beds to get some maintenance (a lot of squeaking) I'd add to be ware of mosquitoes, they're large and annoying, other than that I'd visit the place again

Went to mestia for starting our 4 day hike to Ushguli. We booked ninos Ratianis for one night and was a really great experience. Nino and her coworkers are so kind, they really looked for us and that everything was good

So lack earplugs and a sleeping mask and you are good to go. Though we were not aware you book it privately and then the price is only for an hour

If lentil soup is served, make sure to try it because it was fantastic! She offers coffee, tea and cake for guests in the afternoon. We loved being just out of town, but only a 5 minute walk to the central square

There was enough hot water, and we had the benefit of being in a unit that had the comforts of home, including a washer, a heated towel bar ( to speed up drying on heavier clothes), a fridge and a couch/eating area

The host of the place was very welcoming and the room was above our expectations: clean, big, beautiful view and very well maintained. We would not be able to find a better deal for a such beautiful room!

The place is very close to the center so you can have everything at the same time. Even if you are just chilling in their garden you enjoy so impressive views

The guest house is located on a hill side not faraway from the center of Mestia, but far enough to be a very quite place and as mentioned in previous comments - with breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains

Valodia Guest House is an amazing place for the best views, very nice owners and all services they offer to you to make nice tours. The give you also wonderful breakfast and are always available to help you

They have the best homemade wine we tried here and they have to most amazing dog that stays in their yard. You can recognize how kind these people are just by seeing how their animals behave around people

Very calm and enjoyable place, right in the center of Mestia. It ended up being the most breathtaking place in Georgia. Definitely a hidden gem!! Mziuri made our stay 10x better

Mziuri is the most lovely women, very kind, gave us traditional svaneti food and drink during our stay. The kitchen has a toaster oven and a one burner stove, which we were able to make work when we wanted to cook

Great and affordable accommodation, the owner is absolutely pleasant. Huge and tasty breakfasts. Easy to find and good location for skiers. Can walk to ski lift in 15 minutes. Not for seekers of luxury.

We stayed at the "Old house Hotel" and fully enjoyed it. It is located on a hill, not fare from the center but much more peaceful. The view from the terrace is just beautiful

Located right beneath one of the towers high above the city, this place offers a stunning view. It can be a bit tricky to drive all the way up in winter, so it’s better to park a little further down and walk

Very good hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff , especially Nini and the restaurant team. The food is fresh, rooms are clean and warm, the location is on a beautiful spot with view to the valley, nice bar

Away from the center of Mestia on a quiet street, elevated above the city which offers a view from the terrace above. There is s small living area a washing machine and a shoe dryer which we found very useful

2 quadruple rooms, some smaller rooms and 2 toilet+shower rooms. The showers are comfortable with plenty of hot water. The guesthouse is located about 700m from city center

The guesthouse is on the second floor of a house. The host lives on the first floor. Everything looks brand new and very comfortable. There is a common room with electric kettle

The guests are allowed to use the family's kitchen to prepare food or tea and coffee. Very nice owners, welcoming and cheerful, always ready to help

Maria is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are warm and cosy. Cheaper than most places in Mestia. Near to bars and the central street. Highly recommended!

I stayed with Maria for a long time and am very happy with the comfort of the room. The heaters are working great so far (it's the end of December)! I'm warm and beautiful. The hosts are very nice and friendly

When I said I do yoga on the floor for two hours and need it to be really warm, they brought the most powerful heater and a rug

Lovely place! A nice flat 5 min walk from the centre of town, sweet front yard that is full of grape vines and pink flowers - a couple of separate areas too like the outdoor seating near the rooms and under the gazebo

The room is very simple, but the kitchen is spacious, and the outdoor space is super relaxing and cute! There’s a mama cat and three kittens, which was so heartwarming! It’s only about a 5-minute walk to the city center, and the staff at the accommodation were very kind

A nice and pacious living room and kitchen to hang out it in. Comfy beds, 2 friendly cats and a great location really close to one of the ski lifts and the centre of town.

I could have had my bag in the room but I chose to keep it in the indoor area next to the bedroom to make for more floor space since it was all packed up anyway. There were 7 people in the dorm room I stayed in

Also 10 lari for washing and there’s a good amount of space on the washing line to dry your clothes (and air out a sleeping bag etc). There’s a kitchen with a stovetop, all the amenities, fridge

Nice guesthouse in a good location. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. When I had an injury, they made sure I have everything I need. Stayed here for a month and would have stayed longer.
