The give you also wonderful breakfast and are always available to help you.
The place is very close to the center so you can have everything at the same time.
Even if you are just chilling in their garden you enjoy so impressive views.
I really recommend it!!!

I have stayed here first time in 2019 and since then I come every year I can. You can meet locals who are great hosts, hospitable, willing to help you with everything. I can proudly call this family my friends and I feel like a part of family too. If you want authentic svan experience, come here. Highest Guest House in Mestia. The best view is over the entire Mestia.
Authentic and real Georgian. If you want to feel the hospitality of Georgian and mountain people, I definitely recommend it.

Extremely nice host - we felt very welcomed. The room was big, comfortable and clean. Amazing view from the terrace! A bit up from the city center (700m quite hard uphill) but it was worth it. Very good value for the money!

It was a pleasure to stay at this guest house. The owner and his family were the kindest and most honest Georgians we have met during our whole stay in Svaneti. They are very hospitable and welcoming. They have the best homemade wine we tried here and they have to most amazing dog that stays in their yard. You can recognize how kind these people are just by seeing how their animals behave around people. They have the only cow we met in Georgia that actually wanted to be petted.
In addition their place has a whole panoramic view of Mestia and one the best trails in this region (koruldi lakes) starts right behind their house.
