Went to mestia for starting our 4 day hike to Ushguli. We booked ninos Ratianis for one night and was a really great experience. Nino and her coworkers are so kind, they really looked for us and that everything was good. The food is traditonial from svaneti region and is incredible, i really recommend to have Ninos Cake! I would come back for sure😁

Totally unreliable. Booked room 3 weeks in advance and the owner cancelled our reservation on the very last day because she had more lucrative offer from the larger group.

Good amenities. Light from the hallway shined in the room the whole night and there was someone taking a phone call in the hallway in the late evening which was very loud in the room. So lack earplugs and a sleeping mask and you are good to go.
Sauna option was nice. Though we were not aware you book it privately and then the price is only for an hour.

We spent 8 nights here in July and had a wonderful relaxing stay at Nino's.
The guesthouse was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was enough hot water, and we had the benefit of being in a unit that had the comforts of home, including a washer, a heated towel bar ( to speed up drying on heavier clothes), a fridge and a couch/eating area.
We tried both breakfast (USD $7.50) and dinner (USD$10) and both offered a range of produce and cooked foods in plentiful quantities. If lentil soup is served, make sure to try it because it was fantastic! She offers coffee, tea and cake for guests in the afternoon.
We loved being just out of town, but only a 5 minute walk to the central square. The mountain views were incredible, and on a clear night there were more stars than I had ever seen!
Nino speaks English and will check to see if you need anything.

The host of the place was very welcoming and the room was above our expectations: clean, big, beautiful view and very well maintained. Nino gave us very good rate. We would not be able to find a better deal for a such beautiful room!

That is probably a best hotel at the heart of Svaneti - Mestia. We found a luxury 2-rooms apartment and incredible service with highly professional team. The warm family service and boutique apartments, with incredible local authentic cousin. Absolutely highly recommended!

One of the best place in Mestria, good situation, perfect service and kindness. Fine good and the sauna is perfect! Every thing is clean and confortable. Near the mountain resort of Mestria and Tetnuldi. Interesting contact with other guest. We will come back !

Amazing views from this guesthouse, great location, the host Nino is a wonderful person and very welcoming.
Breakfast/ dinner is a hit and miss but mostly delicious, they'll accommodate any special requests (we requested chicken since we don't eat pork).
The rooms are mostly good with comfortable beds and clean toilets, I'd recommend the small beds to get some maintenance (a lot of squeaking)
I'd add to be ware of mosquitoes, they're large and annoying, other than that I'd visit the place again.

Nice, spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast was good.
The host helped us get info about transportation back to the center, even after we left.
