Global Inn in Wolfsburg

The hotel lobby is quite new and modern but rooms are pretty old and definitely need refurbishing. There is no air-condition, curtains did not work properly, bedroom was broken! The bathroom was clean and nice. The walls are pretty thin so you hear everything from the next room. But the worst thing is that they do not clean the room everyday even though it is written on the website. When I asked the receptionist, she replied that it is normal. Is it normal for 3 star hotel? I do not think so.

Overall staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is good, but the hotel is pretty old and without air-condition in the rooms. You will definitely find better and cheaper (it was quite expensive for the quality) options in Wolfsburg. I would say they are alive from Volkswagen business trips since it is right now an obligatory hotel for Volkswagen group companies employees traveling to Wolfsburg on a business trip.

The room was ok. Only when I was there every night and early morning was very loud sound from the upstairs. It looks like some body works on something and drag something heavy continously.
