We would like to thank you for your hospitality. The services,restaurants,accomodation in junior suite N°204 were excellent. The staff qualified ,attentive and very kind. Good comfort and and perfect cleanliness

We were once again guests at the Ahlbecker Hof together with our family and friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the winegrowers' duel and the Grand Schlemm weekend as well as a few extra days

Everything was perfect, the room, the personnel , very good breakfast, nice spa, and best location in Usedom. The hotel manager surprised my on with a birthday present from the hotel, which we found a very nice gesture

It's like “coming home” - as always, we received a very warm welcome from the staff. Both the valet service and reception were very attentive and respectful throughout our stay

We enjoyed the excellent service every evening this time as well as the varied and exceptionally high-quality cuisine - it is simply not worth eating out anymore. We were and are spoiled too much every time

Tornow's wine advice are second to none, but the extremely attentive and professional service of the young service staff also suggests good guidance and training

Great hotel. On the first line near the sea. Great service. The Breakfast is super!! Even with champagne! Pool and sauna good. The rooms are spacious, fireplaces, refrigerators and kitchens. Recommend!!!

Walking street near the beach

I travel extensively internationally. This was one of THE best equipped rooms and facilities I have experienced anywhere. The location is excellent for walking,shopping and the beach

A really very good hotel that can only be recommended. The staff were pleasant, helpful and polite from the start. Breakfast was also very tasty, with a large selection of food and drinks

The daily evening menu we selected shone with fresh ingredients and exquisite preparation. The price/quality ratio was also good for drinks. The staff from the director to the maids were very friendly and helpful

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful, location right on the promenade makes visiting the beach very easy, you walk right in with your robe on and that's before breakfast.

Excellent location overlooking the Sea at the quiet end of the town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with good choice for all tastes.

Very good location, very friendly staff, very clean rooms. A bit hard to park. If the personnel asked guests to respect the parking lines that problem would have been solved. Besides, perfect place.

This was one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had

Vegan food: As we were their first vegan guests, they were still struggling to provide vegan food but were very committed and engaged. They can serve a good vegan breakfast now here if you ask in advance

The food in the restaurant is great! And did I mention the location - right at the promenade, some 10 steps from the entry to the beach? We loved every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to come back

We had an amazing sea view from the room (and even the bathroom). The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and clean. We came with our cat, and everyone from the staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful

Old hotel that is currently being renovated. Prime location, close to the beach. Excellent dining room on the top floor. Good cuisine, very friendly staff.

Breakfast was a little chaotic - it was busy holiday time, granted, but with the squeeze in the breakfast room it didn't seem particularly relaxing. Location of the hotel is good - right by the beach

We were offered a welcome drink, but at the bar were then told that this only covered coffee - as it was about 30 degrees outside, we kindly declined. The room was very comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished

Very nice rooms We arrived about an hour and a half before check in opened, but there were no parking spots, so we had to park in a public car park a few blocks away

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walking from the infamous Ahlbeck's Bridge. Rooms are pretty spacious and there is a swimming pool covered

Great Room, very short drive to the beaches.Excellent breakfast buffet with great variety. Great dining available at night as well for a reasonable price (25€ buffet per person).

I booked this place for a little wellness weekend getaway. The staff at reception were very friendly. I stayed in an apartment with a separate living area — it was spacious and seemed to have been recently refurbished

Breakfast provided a good spread with GF options available

The facilities, including the spa and outdoor pool, are nice. However, they only offer full-body treatments and classic massages, I would have liked the option of a facial treatment

Overall, the facilities are good and have potential, but the place feels a bit lacking in warmth and attention to detail

Comfortable room with free sauna and pool access Great hotel with outdoor pool and a couple of Finnish saunas that are available for all guests (not open 24/7, but ask at reception for opening hours)

We had a very nice, spacious room with a view of the sea and the pier. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, and the à la carte dinner was also a delight. The service throughout the hotel was excellent

Her hospitality was one of the highlights of our short vacation. Our room was spacious, and we enjoyed the rich, diverse breakfast and dinner buffets. We also rented bikes from the hotel and took an excursion to Poland

TOP highly recommended! Great location, about 10 m to the beach. Great staff, very friendly but in a relaxed way. , there is the possibility to have cocktails and other drinks at the hotel bar

Perfect on all fronts. Friendly, english-speaking personnel, clean, very close to the beach (basically at the beach), beautiful location, close to bike rental, walking-distance shops.

We stayed here for three nights, and it was wonderful! Katerina gave us a warm welcome at the reception and helped us with various things throughout our stay

Everything was clean and well-maintained. The swimming pool and sauna had been recently renovated. We can recommend this hotel without reservation

It's ok, but for the price I would have expected a little more. The location of the hotel is very good and you can get to the beach within three minutes

Rooms are good size and bathroom is OK. Breakfast is also complete.

Parking spaces are available, everyone should just park in the middle of their parking space, then you can park in and out without any problems. In Villa Regina, the rooms on the top floor can only be reached via stairs

The breakfast lady was very considerate and very, very friendly, (Villa Regina) breakfast was tasty and sufficient. Various types of sausage and cheese, jam, honey, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs

Nice hotel in a great location (2nd row to the beach). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are functionally furnished and very spacious. There is something for every taste

Unfortunately, due to the DB strike on August 23, 2021, I was unable to take my annual vacation and had to cancel at short notice. The hotel was so accommodating and waived the € 500 fee

The hotel is well located between interesting places. The beautiful promenade is nearby, the Polish market and the promenade are easily accessible by bike. The treetop path is very instructive

After the basic renovation that was done in the Corona period, the house has become super nice. Parking spaces are given by number. Staff super friendly and helpful. A small path to the beach maybe 200 meters

We could only stay 3 nights in November but it was absolutely amazing. Many thanks to the friendly staff from the cleaning fairy to the service. Many thanks for that!! We'd love to come back

A visit to the rocket test site in Peenemünde is a highlight for those interested in technology

We were here for the first time and not the last time

Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Das Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen, sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Essen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Herzlichen Dank nochmals an das Personal

As the name suggests, the idyll on Wolgastsee is idyllically situated on Wolgastsee. The breakfast was very rich and very good

Very clean. Good place to stay.

The potato and cucumber salad was perfectly marinated, and the mixed salad with fruit pieces was also excellent – it couldn't have been better!

The staff is friendly and eager to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the entire team

We stopped there by chance while cycling along the beautiful Wolgastsee lake. We only wanted a light meal, and the very friendly waiter recommended the fresh pike-perch on potato and cucumber salad

We initially sat on the terrace, but moved inside to the cozy and lovely restaurant because of the drizzle. The pike-perch was truly delicious and beautifully presented
