We enjoyed the excellent service every evening this time as well as the varied and exceptionally high-quality cuisine - it is simply not worth eating out anymore. We were and are spoiled too much every time

As always, the rooms were extremely comfortable, very clean and the cleaning and room service impeccable. We visited the spa area almost every day; enjoying the soft towels and sauna selection

Tornow's wine advice are second to none, but the extremely attentive and professional service of the young service staff also suggests good guidance and training

In particular, the fact that the staff throughout the hotel try to address guests by name shows the high quality of the hotel

Also worth noting - the only hotel with matching bathrobes; not too big and not too small - both for my wife and myself

Only the service in the restaurant, especially at dinner, could top that

The rooms were super-well equipped and the staff very helpful. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach!

An excellent hotel that can be recommended without reservation. The indoor pool is impressive with its size and comfortable sun loungers. There's also something about the rooftop pool

Even with the balcony door wide open we didn't manage to get some air circulation. A big plus for the breakfast and the spa with the infinity pool

The daily evening menu we selected shone with fresh ingredients and exquisite preparation. The price/quality ratio was also good for drinks. The staff from the director to the maids were very friendly and helpful

I travel extensively internationally. This was one of THE best equipped rooms and facilities I have experienced anywhere. The location is excellent for walking,shopping and the beach

The advertised pool was out of order, but we got a coupon for a nearby indoor pool. If you want piece and quiet, look somewhere else

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walking from the infamous Ahlbeck's Bridge. Rooms are pretty spacious and there is a swimming pool covered

Breakfast buffet was great with many options, staff at restaurant is helpful and this Prime restaurant on 6th floor has amazing view. Pool is very clear and all facilities are great. You can rent cycle here as well.

We were offered a welcome drink, but at the bar were then told that this only covered coffee - as it was about 30 degrees outside, we kindly declined. The room was very comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished

Breakfast was a little chaotic - it was busy holiday time, granted, but with the squeeze in the breakfast room it didn't seem particularly relaxing. Location of the hotel is good - right by the beach

Everything was clean and well-maintained. The swimming pool and sauna had been recently renovated. We can recommend this hotel without reservation

Her hospitality was one of the highlights of our short vacation. Our room was spacious, and we enjoyed the rich, diverse breakfast and dinner buffets. We also rented bikes from the hotel and took an excursion to Poland

We had a very nice, spacious room with a view of the sea and the pier. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, and the à la carte dinner was also a delight. The service throughout the hotel was excellent

Perfect on all fronts. Friendly, english-speaking personnel, clean, very close to the beach (basically at the beach), beautiful location, close to bike rental, walking-distance shops.

We stayed here for three nights, and it was wonderful! Katerina gave us a warm welcome at the reception and helped us with various things throughout our stay

The food in the restaurant is great! And did I mention the location - right at the promenade, some 10 steps from the entry to the beach? We loved every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to come back

We had an amazing sea view from the room (and even the bathroom). The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and clean. We came with our cat, and everyone from the staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful

Very good location, very friendly staff, very clean rooms. A bit hard to park. If the personnel asked guests to respect the parking lines that problem would have been solved. Besides, perfect place.

We spent absolutely wonderful time in the Ostende hotel in the Penthouse room. The hotel has been recently renovated, it is modern and well designed with top quality amenities

In summer, it might be okay to jump into a 16-degree cold pool, but you could also jump into the Baltic Sea, which is 300 meters away

The food is delicious and there was something for everyone (meat, fish, and vegetarian options). The side dishes were also very tasty and not overcooked. We had a wonderful few days here :-)

The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are, as far as I can tell, wheelchair accessible. In my opinion, the value for money is very good

The facilities, including the spa and outdoor pool, are nice. However, they only offer full-body treatments and classic massages, I would have liked the option of a facial treatment

Great stay in a bicycle nice environment.

Room itself was spacious, bed was comfortable, but air vent was noisy inside the walk-in closet which had no door. Slippers needed to be asked for from the friendly reception staff

Perhaps you could request it in advance, but I’m not vegan, I just prefer plant-based alternatives over dairy, and I think that should be standard in this category by now
