We were once again guests at the Ahlbecker Hof together with our family and friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the winegrowers' duel and the Grand Schlemm weekend as well as a few extra days. It's like “coming home” - as always, we received a very warm welcome from the staff. Both the valet service and reception were very attentive and respectful throughout our stay. Everything was perfect, the room, the personnel , very good breakfast, nice spa, and best location in Usedom. The hotel manager surprised my on with a birthday present from the hotel, which we found a very nice gesture. I gave 9 points instead of 10 because of the internet (Wi-Fi) was very slow.

Walking street near the beach

Perfect location We had a small but tastefully decorated room with a small balcony towards west with beautiful evening sun. The only thing we were missing was air-condition. The air in the room stod absolutely still. Even with the balcony door wide open we didn't manage to get some air circulation. A big plus for the breakfast and the spa with the infinity pool.

I travel extensively internationally. This was one of THE best equipped rooms and facilities I have experienced anywhere. The location is excellent for walking,shopping and the beach. The rooms were super-well equipped and the staff very helpful. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach!

A really very good hotel that can only be recommended. The staff were pleasant, helpful and polite from the start. Breakfast was also very tasty, with a large selection of food and drinks. The rooms were really very nice, clean and well maintained. Always Glade :)

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful, location right on the promenade makes visiting the beach very easy, you walk right in with your robe on and that's before breakfast.

An excellent hotel that can be recommended without reservation. The indoor pool is impressive with its size and comfortable sun loungers. There's also something about the rooftop pool. The daily evening menu we selected shone with fresh ingredients and exquisite preparation. The price/quality ratio was also good for drinks. I would recommend to request the 5th floor. There is a mini golf course directly in front of the hotel and the noise level is high into the night. The advertised pool was out of order, but we got a coupon for a nearby indoor pool. Unfortunately very crowded. If you want piece and quiet, look somewhere else.

Very nice rooms We arrived about an hour and a half before check in opened, but there were no parking spots, so we had to park in a public car park a few blocks away. We were offered a welcome drink, but at the bar were then told that this only covered coffee - as it was about 30 degrees outside, we kindly declined. Breakfast buffet was great with many options, staff at restaurant is helpful and this Prime restaurant on 6th floor has amazing view. Pool is very clear and all facilities are great. You can rent cycle here as well.

I booked this place for a little wellness weekend getaway. The staff at reception were very friendly. I stayed in an apartment with a separate living area — it was spacious and seemed to have been recently refurbished. The facilities, including the spa and outdoor pool, are nice. However, they only offer full-body treatments and classic massages, I would have liked the option of a facial treatment...

Comfortable room with free sauna and pool access Great hotel with outdoor pool and a couple of Finnish saunas that are available for all guests (not open 24/7, but ask at reception for opening hours). Breakfast provided a good spread with GF options available.

Great stay in a bicycle nice environment.

Spend 2 nights here in August, area is quiet, Hotel owns a golf parcour, little pond and a bigger lake are close by (many mosquitos). Room itself was spacious, bed was comfortable, but air vent was noisy inside the walk-in closet which had no door. Slippers needed to be asked for from the friendly reception staff. A strange smell came from the bathroom which got worse when the door was kept shut, so...

I would have loved to give 4.5 stars. I don't know how to. Only tiny bits that I disliked but still with 4.5 out of 5 that is pretty good. We spent absolutely wonderful time in the Ostende hotel in the Penthouse room. The hotel has been recently renovated, it is modern and well designed with top quality amenities. It is small enough to give the feeling of cosiness and friendliness, we felt very welcomed. The food in the restaurant is great! And did I mention the location - right at the promenade, some 10 steps from the entry to the beach...

This was one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. Modern hotel, very nice rooms, very delicious breakfast, nice beach view, directly at the beach and especially the persons who are taking care of your visit and work there. We've never had a better service than in this hotel. Unbelievable nice people work there. Thank you so much for being such awesome hosts. We will definitely come back
