Very clean and friendly with good service. The quaint hotel is in a residential neighborhood and is very peaceful. We had an internet problem, but it affected the entire area, not just the hotel.

Lovely little Hotel in a nice Spot. The bathrooms in the rooms are a little aged but super tidy and clean. The service is very kind and helpful. Breakfast and Catering were great and delicious. There’s a charging spot for an electric car and a nice garden Terrasse. We’ll choose it again when we come back here. There’s a kids playground not far from it.

terrible, I stayed four night, they never replaced bath towel, never offered coffee service, never replace cloth of the bed, front desk was very nice, but room service was the worst in my life.

No way this place can be 3 stars!!!!! It's so much more. 5 stars in my opinion. Everyone is very nice. I don't know German but everyone knows English. I needed help with car rental the front desk helped with translation. Room was cleaned every day with no problems. Food was fresh for breakfast and not that throw-together scraps. Restaurant food was way over expectations and made accommodations to my diet. This was one of the best experiences I had in Bielefeld a town that doesn't exist.
I had cookies from the food cart that is open 24-7 I told the receptionist that I like them a lot and there was no more, later the day I returned to my room to have more cookies on my bed... this place will be beyond expectations if you come.
