Hotel Astra Maris in Busum

Good location. Great breakfast.

A wonderful little hotel. Authentic, charming, stylish, lovingly decorated, with super friendly staff, many of which you can confidently adjust yourself, and a breakfast with attention to detail. In short, we felt completely at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel from the first second! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival - the registration staff, support staff and everyone we met was simply great. What is particularly noteworthy is that the hotel actually lives, which is written in capital letters at the entrance: “The focus is on people”. This motto is implemented here in every respect.

Our room was also excellent. It was clean, the nice cleaning lady even provided us with extra bed linen for our baby - very attentive!
However, it is advisable for families with small children to pay attention to this when choosing a room, as the sink in our room was integrated into the room. However, this wasn't a problem for us and everything went smoothly. The location is ideal – just 5 minutes to the Perlebucht family lagoon and 12 minutes to the center. Perfect for evening walks on the promenade, especially with a stunning sunset!

As it was our first visit to the North Sea, we were thrilled with the entire experience. The breakfast was extremely tasty and offered a large selection of regional products. We particularly loved the opportunity to make our own waffles - a highlight for the whole family!

Another plus is the free parking spaces, which is really no longer a given these days. Overall, our stay was just perfect and we look forward to coming back!

Amazing breakfast & lovely boutique hotel with super friendly staff! Rooms are very clean & renovated Option to charge electric car which I took (I have 100% electric car) They also offer hand made chocolate to buy and it tasted really good! We enjoyed our stay (3 nights) and we can fully recommend Astra Maris to everybody Thanks Katharina & your great team around you!

Very quiet area, hotel is nice and cozy, however reception is only open from 8 to 20:00 every day. If you will be late, you have to coordinate with hotel in advance.

Booked the family room over New Year's Eve and were not disappointed! The room was super clean, the furnishings in top condition and the breakfast was more than rich and fresh.
The appearance of the staff matched this - extremely friendly and helpful. We like to say thank you!

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. We fulfilled every extra wish and almost read it from our eyes before we had to ask for it.
We stayed in the apartment "earth". Very clean, spacious and lots of lovely little things and attentions. We felt very comfortable. Yes, the parking situation is not ideal, but it is free

A very nice and small hotel.
We were greeted in a friendly manner and everything was explained to us very well.
The rooms are nicely furnished, but I think the closet is too small for 3 people.
More storage space would have been nice.
Breakfast was sufficient, clear and tasty.
We liked it very much, thank you very much.
