Delivery was exceptional, but the product itself is subpar for the money. At this price you’re setting yourself up to fail, by raising guests expectations and serving them mediocrity.

At this price I expect above average bathroom products at minimum, and daily restocking empties. I shouldn’t have to ration my dime sized bottle of meh shampoo for 5 days. How can you seriously charge 29€ per breakfast buffet - no buffet given covid - just basic breakfast items. The bread wasn’t even fresh, croissants were either reheated or over baked. Not even eggs Benedict on the menu to say you pay for that hollandaise effort. Do yourself a favor and breakfast at the Cafe Wien 3 min walk down the road for 10X the quality, at a fraction of the cost.

I get the traditional feel, but looking eccentric and traditional vs. being legit outdated and old is not the same (I guess they’re working on that with their upcoming remodeling). Nevertheless, the experience and service is very nice but at this price I think it should come with better quality too.
