Beautiful lovingly furnished house, quiet and beautiful location. Feel-good factor is big here.
Nice and very clean rooms with a great view.
The breakfast is extremely good and individual. Also well organized with Corona requirements.
The service would deserve 10 stars.
From start to finish it was perfect.
We were only 3 days but will definitely be back.
The price is justified.

Nestled directly by the sea in Rantum is the quaint and elegant Hotel Watthof. The thatched-reed roof architecture is charming and the white house gives it a fairytale appearance. I was personally greeted by one of the family members and owners of the hotel upon arrival and check-in. Immediately I felt at home and was guided around the exclusive property. It has 10 private rooms some with balconies and private sea views. There is an all inclusive Sauna and Steam Bath, parking for bikes and cars, a breathtaking terrace with sea views for relaxing in the sun or having a nice glass of fine Italian wine. They also have premium concierge services that will gladly guide you through your entire island stay.

The Italian style breakfast is fantastico, including freshly cut fruits, fresh squeezed juices and island farm fresh eggs made to order. The tables have direct views to the water or interior seating.

Rooms are premium/upscale, beds are extremely comfortable, floor heating in bathrooms, stylish beach modern decor, wifi inclusive. There is also a small bar and lounge area where you can relax or grab drinks. Also the hotel is in walking distance of some of the best restaurants on Sylt. There is direct beach access across the street, it's private, remote and breathtaking.

If you are looking for a vacation or just a simple escape from everyday life this is the place to make the memories. When I look back on my time on Sylt The Watthof was my home away from home, my home by the sea....

Warm welcome, great location on the mudflats, rooms with a view of the mudflats, lovingly furnished, everything has been thought of.
Unfortunately we are only staying 3 nights, the next time for sure longer!

We have now been to the Watthof repeatedly to go on vacation and it was again very nice and relaxing. Very nice ambience, rooms designed with a lot of heart, pleasant and warm staff with always open ears for wishes and a great location. We were definitely not there for the last time!
