We came here to sleep, but we couldn’t sleep at all because there is a techno bar right next door. We didn’t sleep at all during the whole night. I don’t understand how they even dare to accommodate guests in that room.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and professional staff. The room was well maintained, the breakfast was tasty, and the location is convenient. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was polite, considering that the hotel is practically in the center, the price is Not so big. The rooms are tidy enough. The breakfast may be a bit poor, but it's edible.

I made a reservation for the wrong date, and they were completely unhelpful. When I asked for the date to be corrected, they initially agreed, but then demanded an extra fee the next day. They were also unsympathetic when I asked for free cancellation. A small mistake cost me a lot. A resort that only cares about money, they avoided even the slightest bit of help.

Pěkný hotel v centru Dortmundu, 5 minut chůze od hlavního vlakového nádraží. Čisto, ochotný personál, vše fungovalo. Dobrá snídaně.
