Nice hotel in Dortmund with a pool and sauna (5€ extra), which is a great bonus after a long day. The parking area is small, but there’s another underground car park nearby. Breakfast is good, though the variety could be better. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious enough, with a fridge and everything you might need. However, after the first night the room wasn’t cleaned – only the bed sheets were arranged. Overall, a comfortable stay and good value.

I was there with my kids, my family. Very nice the hotel, every where is clean, the workers are kind, helpfull. We will be back after Easter few days!

Very good hotel. The rooms are big enough, modernly furnished and very clean. If there are no more parking spaces in the yard, there is also the possibility of parking in the underground car park. Free public parking is also available right next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All questions are answered very quickly and competently. The breakfast is also good and definitely sufficient. The hotel is relatively close to the Signal Iduna Park, where you can attend football matches (about 15 minutes walk).

Very nice and clean hotel with excellent cuisine. You feel comfortable as a guest here. There are enough parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. The hotel also has its own paid parking. The rooms are great and the staff is very friendly. Only the WLAN registration is not suitable for me, but the Signak coverage is very good.

Tried the pop-up beer garden for the European Football Championship and was very pleased. You sit comfortably, the service is attentive, the courtyard is well decorated with umbrellas and market stalls.

We chose this hotel because it was near the Arena, where an event took place we wanted to attend. First of all it was rather easy to find, the underground station is really near the hotel. There are also a lot of restaurants, a bank and other stores around. It's also easy to reach the city center via underground. At night it was rather silent and we could sleep well. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good and everything I needed was there. The room we had was good size-wise. The bathroom was new and looked really lovely - apart from the hairdryer which probably should be replaced as well. The rest of the room furniture wise was old. It was in fact okay, but it showed such a big contrast to the bathroom and the new lobby that it left a not so good impression. I don't know if the hotel will be refurbished soon, but right now the room stands out from the rest and looks like an old unfitting chair in the middle of a modern room. The carpet should, however, be replaced in the not too far future as there were quite some stains. The bar area downstairs was alright as well - but they don't serve any cocktails there. So it's more a beer-bar perfect for football fans to gather and discuss the latest games! The hotel also has a pool, but again, this area looks a bit old. Maybe some decoration would be helpful to give the pool a more friendly look and make it more modern? If you want to go to the pool you just need to be prepared to walk for a while, as it's in the back of the building. But it's easy to find. I just though that the hotel is a bit pricy for what it offers. The location is good, breakfast as well. Rooms are average and old apart from the bathroom, but the staff is really friendly.

No ine smiles in this place, if you ask a question they reapond you like you are stupid.
You ask for information they het upset, the bedroom was small (fair enough). No towel in the bathroom, i didn't knew in Dortmund they dont use towels after shower, no bottle opener in the bedroom if you want to open a bottle you need yo use a coin ir a lighter.
We asked yesterday for a taxi the longa hair receptionist man and he said taxi was coming, he didn't mention any time when asked. After 30 min we realized that he didnt made the call , we lost in translation.
Sauna is off if you go to use it. At least the there were towels there.
The pillow in the bad was cheap one, impossible to sleep.
