We had a wonderful trip. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very kind and friendly! On the last day, I was very sick, and the receptionist gave me fresh lemon and mint to make this tea with honey. That really helped a lot. Ich bin Ihnen dafür sehr dankbar!

Very nice hotel - clean, comfortable, and peachful.

The room was nice, and the German breakfast was quite plentiful.

The room facilities are complete, the hotel location is beautiful, a good choice for business trips

Room was sound, all we needed was a bed for the night and do the job. The throw on the bed was a bit dirty but other than that was spot on.

Ideal for a short stay Great hotel for a short stay ……. Much better than I anticipated and I would certainly recommend for a few days. Hotel room was comfortable, had a small conservatory and had an excellent shower. The area around the hotel is quiet, but has a good train connection to Dortmund.

Very basic but clean and friendly.. unusual internal design with loafs of character. We only stayed one night but would have no hesitation staying again. Recommended

I stayed just on night, passing through from Spain. Liked the room (62, single room) with its organic shapes and round window in the bathroom. The shower head had lights in it that changes with water temperature (I think). I found everything very clean.

Good value for money hotel This hotel is great value for money and whilst certainly not 5 star, it’s more than adequate for our needs. To be clear, the only real problem I have with the room is the lack of a safe and a minifridge, which would both be really useful on longer trips, that hurts me a lot. Beds and everything else is as good as I personally could want, but not being able to keep cold drinks around is a bit naff. Had good stay, easy to find hotel and park the car, designated spaces were all taken, however receptionist kindly gave me permit to display in window for the neighbouring bay. The hotel was located conveniently for us. There are 3 supermarkets nearby, so it is very easy to buy anything you need. The room was modern and practical. Dortmund Mercure is a typical business hotel with minimum frills. It’s more appropriate for solo travelers but the bed and room can be comfortable for couples. In the city center, it is convenient for eating and shopping, but it is inconvenient for parking. They don't have their own parking lot. The room doesn't have a good view, but the room is very clean and the service staff are very warm and friendly.

Close to the main station about 7 minutes walk. Secure at night and sometimes offer late check outs when it’s not too busy for those with very late flights which is one of the main reasons why I keep going back. A bit out dated on the decor but it’s ok for the price.

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel visiting from the U.K. Will always stay here when visiting Witten. Staff are excellent.

You will appreciate every single detail which you would normally not expect in a small Side walk hotel like this. It ticks most of the boxes like Radisson Blue would except having a mini bar, but the staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast fully equipped. It really was much better than expected. Cons: a bit far to the shopping street and weak WiFi in the room... but that's not even worth mentioning...

Hotel Neuhaus is somewhat basic in its furnishings but everything is thoughtfully planned and laid out. For example, there is a chair on the landing between floors. We stop in this hotel on the way to UK and i have to tell you that... beds are very comfortable, hotel very quiet and Clean! The raceprion lady was very very nice, we arrive at the hotel nearly 22 oclock and we was so hungry , we was travelling a long time ( menu was only in germany language that the only minus ) but she speak english really good so i ask her if they can make me a pasta with mushroom...

It’s a nice simple good and clean Hotel. Good breakfast and nice rooms. It’s online check in and rooms are locked with code. Perfect. No bar but I didn’t need and better no bar than a bad one. Bed is perfect and bathroom is big enough. The rooms are bigger than many hotel rooms

Nice spot for a night or two. Stayed for euros. Nice room, amazingly comfortable bed. The bathroom is only seperated by a sliding door which was weird for us. Super overpriced, however for non euro trips may be a good choice if it is economical. Close to metro, not near much else.

Rooms were quite small, no air conditioning or fans and so the windows had to remain open. The main street was very noisy and so found it difficult to sleep. The best hotel we have ever booked in Dortmund. The person who worked there was even able to speak Netherlands, polish and English and did very well in preparing the breakfast.

Bathroom: toilet and shower were splitted and divided from the bedroom by floor to ceiling sliding doors. toilet was ok. Shower was big but not easy to get in and out due to few space left. Dog friendly spacious room, very clean. Paid parking spot available in a garage near by. Sauna and swimming pool on site, very comfy and clean. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Staff was doing their best to make us satisfied. Thank you.

I have work this hotel 4 week as a practice (Heißt in Deutschland Pratikum ) I have really good time here specially Herr Westermeier he is such a awesome and kind person I ever meet in Germany and there housekeeping staff they are just amazing I just sheare my experience beacause it is more important for me how they care for there staff and it is totally same case for guest also when they not care...
