Edge of town location, easy from highways. Smallish rooms but better bar and reception area then most HI Express. Couple of decent looking restaurants in walking distance. One right next door.

Easy to find, rooms very tidy and big enough for family of 4. Breakfast was delicious. But most of all staff very friendly and helpful. Surely will stay again if needed.

I stayed there over 1 night as a stop during a roadtrip. The hotel served its purpose well and I had no issues. The rooms are super tiny but mine was clean and very correct - though little space for your stuff. There is also a free parking for your car, if I remember correctly - appreciated. A few restaurants withing 15min walking area too if you need them, nothing to sightsee nearby.

Nice hotel with plenty of free parking. Garage parking cost 10€/night. Friendly and nice front staff. The road bit busy in the morning and evening.

Budget friendly hotel, room was nice. Aircon was loud and didn’t do an awful lot, Bathroom was the best. Bed very comfortable however the bedroom itself wasn’t exactly spacious! Be prepared, no wardrobe or draws of any kind just a rail for hangers. No safe either, bottle of water supplied but room was that disgustingly warm it was warm as there wasn’t a fridge. Well worth the stay if visiting...

We stayed 2 nights as part of a package to see Borussia Dortmund play. The hotel is well outside the city centre however it is conveniently located across the road from a light railway station that had a regular service to the city centre, taking approximately 15 minutes. Staff where friendly and helpful at check in and helped us to move room when we were booked into a double instead of a twin room...

Very friendly staff, this felt a really well managed hotel. Clean, tidy and organised. The breakfast was excellent, really good and better than many other Accor hotels. Quiet room, good value and I hope to return.

Dortmund Mercure is a typical business hotel with minimum frills. It’s more appropriate for solo travelers but the bed and room can be comfortable for couples. In the city center, it is convenient for eating and shopping, but it is inconvenient for parking. They don't have their own parking lot. The room doesn't have a good view, but the room is very clean and the service staff are very warm and friendly.

Close to the main station about 7 minutes walk. Secure at night and sometimes offer late check outs when it’s not too busy for those with very late flights which is one of the main reasons why I keep going back. A bit out dated on the decor but it’s ok for the price.

At the time of booking we took single occupancy and the allotted was single rooms are very small ( 6 x 8) and the wash room is too too small ( 3 x 2.5 plus 2 x 2.5) and its very difficult for even for normal person use. Bathroom is only 2 × 2.5 sizes only. Check the room size and book.

Overall, for the price, it was fantastic. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied :)

Excellent hotel for price. Staff know what to do and helpful. Good size room and double bed with shower room. Well equipped room, TV etc. Recommend the breakfast, excellent. Carpets a bit tatty, but the bed linen quality was better than we have at home. And of course our dogs were welcome.

Dog friendly spacious room, very clean. Paid parking spot available in a garage near by. Sauna and swimming pool on site, very comfy and clean. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Staff was doing their best to make us satisfied. Thank you.

Came for business trip intertabak but brought my wife and son along. Breakfast had limited choices but sufficient for business trip. Croissants are goood crispy and soft inside. Room was sound, all we needed was a bed for the night and do the job. The throw on the bed was a bit dirty but other than that was spot on.

I stayed just on night, passing through from Spain. Liked the room (62, single room) with its organic shapes and round window in the bathroom. The shower head had lights in it that changes with water temperature (I think). I found everything very clean.

Good value for money hotel This hotel is great value for money and whilst certainly not 5 star, it’s more than adequate for our needs. You will appreciate every single detail which you would normally not expect in a small Side walk hotel like this. It ticks most of the boxes like Radisson Blue would except having a mini bar, but the staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast fully equipped. It really was much better than expected. Cons: a bit far to the shopping street and weak WiFi in the room... but that's not even worth mentioning...

Recommended with none of the weakness Great dishes skillfully prepared. Only the Dessert a little goof: coffee jelly leather was rather fast, and seemed, as it had stood for days in the kitchen.
