The location is amazing, 3-10 mins to reach the old town and about 45mins to reach Wartburg and Drachenschlucht. About 5-7 mins away from the bus stop. The room was very clean, beds are comfortable, some freebies on the table. the staff were very nice, the breakfast is a normal, classic buffet. The only downside was that the room is too small for 3 people. Rooms are okay for sleeping only, nothing else. So if you're thinking about staying here for your trip to Eisenach, do it.

Not the best experience.
Were part of a group. One couple in the group couldn't get a room after pre-booking as they double booked a room. Only after some negotiation did they offer a place in a sister hotel.
Rooms are dirty.
Location is good.

NO KETTLE!
Shower pressure is good, but the toilet is positioned so that it's awkward to sit on.
There is a launderette round the corner, if needed.

"I have other things to do now" is not the answer you would expect from a hotel front desk employee. The employee cheekily responded to the request to issue an invoice for the rooms and send them by e-mail. terrible impression. The hotel itself is good and the rest of the staff were nice except for the lady who worked at the front desk in the morning. I won't come back here again.

The receptionists are so friendly and polite. I felt very comfortable talking to them in English something very rare in Germany

Beautiful hotel and conveniently located close to downtown Eisenach. The rooms are clean, but it can be rather loud due to the vicinity to one of the main streets. You have to ask for wifi.

Good location, near a lot of restaurants. I stayed in a single room and it was big. Old fashion room but clean and new. Bathroom was big and with good ammenities. I would stay again.

This hotel is excellent hotel. This hotel is very convenience location. This hotel is 10 minutes walking from Eisenach main station. From this hotel, guests can visit Eisenach city centre. A room in this hotel is so clean and convenient. All staffs are very kind for guests. This hotel served breakfast is very delicious! I think I would like to visit this hotel again.
