Nice and clean room, brilliant service and a breakfast over the top.

This small hotel was conveniently located. Hotel room was a bit small but clean. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. Overall, this is a great place to stay when in Goslar.

ADDITIONAL COSTS! The room and hotel were fine and clean but there were multiple additional costs. *********** said that there was free parking but on arrival, we had to pay 5 euros. We booked rooms with airconditioning, but had to pay 10 euros per room to receive the remote to turn them on. If you booked a room for a single person and rolled to the other side of the bed or put your bag on it, you will have to pay an additional 25 euros… Too expensive for what you get. Would not go again or recommend.

We check in to this Cousy ,super clean ,totally renovated hotel with professional and super kind personal after got cheated from the hotel over the street Goldener Stern hotel which really don’t recommend any one !
Hotel Kaiser Hof it’s a very clean and fresh hotel with great breakfast buffet.
The chief Mr Dian is totally helpful and flexible , he turn our Christmas vacation to a total pleasur ... the hotel is central and accessible to the lovely Christmas market which was even magnificent like in ferry tails 🎄🎉
