Simple Hotel, very far away from Esslingen located 6km in the area of commercial enterprises. No Elevator, despite the 3 floors. After 18 p.m. the Reception is not busy! Access for pre-booked guests only a code number at the entrance. Everything is very impersonal !
Unfriendly Staff. Although there is a telephone in the room, but if it was not reserved at the front Desk, the phone in the room from the outside cannot be selected. Impossible... there's no note at the time of booking or on the internal side!
Mini small specialist TV / Simple Breakfast with very limited selection

The staff is amazing! They went out of there way to assure that we were placed in the room we desired! They provide a very good variety for a Continental breakfast! This hotel is not in a tourist area. If you happen to be in Berkheim for any reason this is a nice place to stay!
