We stayed few days with our 3 kids and were perfectly welcomed. The hotel team took great care of us, our rooms were spacious, comfortable with all the equipments. Also very clean with comfortable bedding.
Breakfast was very generous and delicious, prepared on site with fresh products. Location was ideal for us in the center to join our friends and family.
Warm welcome makes you feel in a boutique hotel with all the comfort of a high standard hotel.
Will definitely come back back, a special thanks to the team for their kindness and little touches.

Good option for solo travelers and short stays

I made the reservation based on the evaluation hotel's performance. I was completely disappointed with the personnel.
I arrived late at night, and there was no light in the corridor or was for a short time. I had an accident on the stairs because it was dark. I asked them to keep the safety regulations because yesterday night i had an accident and I found my suitcase at the end of the stairs and myself on the 4th step. The response was that "if it was something serious, I should habe been in the hospital and I should not exaggerate. If I like I can stay, otherwise I can go". In the area around the reception, where are the stairs, there is no yellow caution tape, and even during the day it is hard to notice when there is a level change in the black floor.

Amazing service, we were a bit late than 10p.m. and still someone came and opened the door and we were able to sleep in our rooms, amazing, plus the breakfast was nice, definitely worth the price, could use a little fridge/freezer in rooms tho, other than that, service was even more than adequate, would recommend for a quick stay.

You won't find a second hotel in this price range that's so clean, so quiet, just great. Parking garage free of charge, also easily accessible with an SUV. The breakfast was prepared with so much love, eggs were freshly prepared in all variants on request. The room was great, the size was right, clean, quiet, great.

Quiet location, but still many things within walking distance. The Filharmonie can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot.
