Hotel am Stadtrand in Ostfildern

Unfortunately in the approach path of Stuttgart Airport. But from 10 p.m. it's actually quiet until 5 a.m. 😴🤗😉

Generally:
We spent a week in this beautiful hotel as part of a business trip. It has 30 rooms on two floors, a large parking lot and we spent a really pleasant time here.
Note: Planes regularly fly right over the hotel until late at night, which is interesting at first but then just gets noisy. Luckily this wasn't a problem for us, but those who are sensitive should probably not book.

Location:
The hotel is located in a very rural area near fields and a gas station. In a few minutes by car (or on foot) you can reach everything you need. Shops, restaurants etc. and also a swimming pool and an outdoor pool.

Room:
We had room #24 on the top floor. It was clean and modern with a very large, covered balcony with artificial grass to watch the airplanes.
The bed was comfortable, the desk was absolutely sufficient for working. There was also a kettle and coffee/tea. The bathroom is small and functional.

Service:
The employees are all very friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the rooms is also very good.
Unfortunately, the WiFi was not that good and sometimes fell out completely.

gastronomy:
There is a great, varied breakfast buffet until around 10 a.m., with everything you could wish for (rolls, muesli, juices, hot drinks, yoghurt, fruit, cold cuts, cheese, etc.). We had expected much less and were therefore very pleasantly surprised.
