The rooms are clean but extremely old fashioned. Carpet on the floors, old fittings and decoration from the 1980s. Shower cabin very small. No cleaning took place. WiFi very slow.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Hotel

Yesterday, this hotel left three of us (2 young girls) — including an underage girl — standing on the street late in the evening. We had a confirmed booking through Trip.com, but upon arrival we were told that the hotel “didn’t know about it” and that they “no longer work with the website.”

The situation was handled with zero responsibility and absolutely no willingness to help. Instead of offering any support, alternative solutions, or even basic empathy, we were simply told: “Not our problem, deal with it.”

For a place that proudly displays a 3-star certificate, the customer service and professionalism were shockingly poor. The lack of care, communication, and basic human decency is unacceptable — especially when minors are involved.

I am deeply disappointed and strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered.

I stayed at this hotel for several nights while travelling on business. It was a very good experience. The staff is well trained, very friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and equipped with everything necessary but a little dated in style. The restaurant is definitely of a higher standard than for an ordinary 3 star hotel imho. The cuisine has some Swabian elements and is not exactly cheap but the quality is absolutely excellent and I can highly recommend eating here. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel and considering that it has 3 stars and a reasonable price I am happy to give it a 5 star review and would definitely stay here again at the next opportunity.

Clean and quiet living room.

It's an older hotel, but it's clean and the room is spacious. We arrived late, and there was no separate bed for the children at first. After telling us, the waiter immediately set up the sofa bed. Free parking, breakfast is a no-brainer.
