Good location close to important transportation options, great price and clean rooms but there is no AC (only fan) and when we visited the town it was above 30 degrees Celsius. Plus it is not the quietest of places. Overall it is ok for a short stay and on a budget.

The Hotel Geissler offers as an outstanding guest service Kangen Water for free and, of course, also the coffee is made with Kangen Water and much more tasty than coffee made with normal tape water. The owner is very friendly, has time to chat with the guests, and prepares the breakfast with love and care. The rooms are super clean and the location is right in the city center of Bad Cannstatt. The Kursaal is just around 5 Minutes walk and likewise the Thermal Bath, the " Solebad Bad Cannstatt". Lovely small hotel.

A great location, 5 min from train station, it is a bit dated but the rooms were clean and tidy.

Finally a rear queen bed not two tweens pushed together to make one. Very comfortable and clean. It doesn't have a reception as other hotels but the guy, I think is the owner, is a very friendly and accommodating. The sleep quality means a lot to me and therefore I rate it accordingly. I can't comment on the breakfast, it starts late, at 9. I was all gone by then. Maybe, for the management, this is something to consider in the future. There is a gas station right behind the hotel, this was also something I liked. It could have been cheaper considering the location, it is far for centre, but it didn't matter for me, I wanted it far so I can exit the city fast in the morning.

We spent one night to visit Cannstatter Volkfest and found the hotel to be easy & safe walking distance to the festival. The hotel was clean and had dedicated parking. All good for our short visit.

Honestly this hotel was the cheapest out of three that I stayed at in different cities while also having the largest room.
Unfortunately the building is quite old so from the outside it’s kind of off-putting (read: creepy) and the common areas have that familiar cigarette smell that comes with those indoor-smoking friendly buildings from a bygone era, but you can tell the owners have done their best to update the rooms and hallways. In a way it’s quaint. Our room itself was odour free.
They also allow pets for no extra fee and have a small amount of parking available, which is why we chose to stay here.
There’s a fair amount of road noise at night, but nothing that can’t be ignored.
The bathroom was great for the price. Clean, modern enough, and spacious with a window and plain-white tile all around with its own heater.

Barely called, asked if the person speaks English or only german, person was persistently demanding to know what my nationality was and started to raise his voice. Not worth the trouble.

Nice hotel in near the downtown area. Do not let you be mistaken from the outside view of the building, this hotel is a very convenient choice for a cheap but nice stay in Stutgart.
The staff is nice and friendly and the rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The toilet was impressively big.
Surrounding area if plenty of choice for a casual dinner or a perfect german one.
It was a pity that the hotel retaurant was close. Will be here again next time in Stuttgart.
