A wonderful experience. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The proximity to do many places and things to see, and the ratio of price-to-value was unbeatable. It may not be the fanciest hotel in the region, but it was exactly what I was looking for.

Spend one night for business reasons. The location in a slow traffic zone is central and quiet. A small park across the street gives a small breather after long meetings - and at warmer temperatures, one can sit outside comfortably.
The center and s-bahn station are 5-10 minutes walking distance.
The restaurant is cozy, the food tasty. The service for both hotel and restaurant is excellent: I felt welcome immediately.
The room is modern and very clean.
The lighting is excellent in both main room and bath.
The mattress was firm and I woke rested.
Of note is that the building has no alternative to stairs, the entry to the bath and shower are narrow. The pillow was very soft for a side sleeper (but I could compensate with towels).
The overall experience was: Wonderful.
If I come to the region again, I'd check the Hotel Rosengarten for availability, first.

I would definitely stay again
Traveling solo, I just needed a clean and comfortable room close to Strasbourg at Christmas. Strasbourg hotels were expensive at that time and Hotel Rosengarten was the perfect solution. I took the train to and from Strasbourg but there was also light rail, taxis, and ride share available. Dimitri was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My room was small but it was just for me. I did not see inside any other rooms. It was quiet and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. No elevator but if you’re on the top floor, it’s just two flights of stairs. The park across the street was beautiful and shopping is nearby.

We stayed there just one night. Nice and clean room. Good service and very good breakfast. The hôtel is located 6 minutes by foot from the tram D. You can easily visit Strasbourg and sleep in Khel.
The hotel have a restaurant too.

I paid for two nights in a hotel, because animals are allowed, arrived at the hotel, I was violently kicked out by the staff, because I had a dwarf rabbit, which is one of the pets, the mr from the hotel threatened to leave me, because he didn't want my little dwarf rabbit, if I didn't leave, he threatened to strangle me, and he only offered me a partial refund, even though he didn't even allow me to enter his establishment. a shame, forced to sleep in a garbage room because I couldn't find another hotel. I recorded on my cell phone how I was kicked out like a dog. It’s a shame I can’t post it to show you. I want a full refund for my two hotel nights and not a partial refund. a shame, to speak with so much violence to people who we pay, and reserved, and not to receive them. animals are allowed, it is stated on the hotel website.
