room is quite small. hotel does not accept cash or scan via qr payment. they only accept cards. they should offer more payment options because people nowadays prefer to pay thru digital wallets, since physical cards are susceptible to RFID skimming. also, very slow wifi.

I booked the hotel online and paid extra for a room with a balcony. But when I arrived and tried to check in, they simply gave me a room without a balcony. I told them I'd paid extra for it, but they didn't want to refund me... no goodwill at all.
And the worst part: If I had canceled the reservation that day, I would have lost 60 euros – so I was practically forced to take the room, even though it wasn't the one I had booked.
The room itself was incredibly hot; no air conditioning, just an old, loud fan that also blew out warm air. Sleeping was almost impossible.
I was truly disappointed. Never again! I really can't recommend the hotel at all.

The hotel's location is great. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is very friendly.
However, the rooms facing the street are extremely noisy; even the provided earplugs couldn't block out the street noise.

Ideally located, public transport (buses and trams) were literally 2mins walk from the hotel. A lot of good restaurants nearby as well. The hotel is definitely aimed for business people or people expecting to spend most of the day out and about. Very friendly and helpful staff, good service, overall a good stay

I stayed here for one night to explore the city.
I received a very friendly welcome, and my first positive impression was reflected in the room.
The room was very clean, had a great bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a small TV.
There was free water and gummy bears, and earplugs were also provided for noise protection, although I didn't need them.
I would love to come back, as it's right in the city center, eliminating the need for buses and trains.
