At first it was quite confusing to find the hotel since there was no name board outside. So we just followed Google Maps and went inside. The room itself looked nice, but the service was not the best. The air conditioning and refrigerator seemed very old, and the bathtub had dirt that looked like it had been there for a long time. Overall, not a very satisfying stay!

Location is very good right next to tram. Cheap hotel with nice enough rooms and great service. Breakfast was ok. No ac in the rooms but they give you fans. Grocery store right across the road. Wear and tear on counters. Bathroom was dirty. Beds were clean but uncomfortable if you want a double (king) bed they just put two twin size mattresses together and call it a day. The kid bed is just a pullout cot with a small mattress on it. This hotel advertises their four star status everywhere you look. The photos are of a fan, dirty bathroom, wear on counters, and the two twin beds combined that they tell you is a king bed and the four star status posting.

Better than expected. For such a small price I had a very nice room which was quite spacious for me alone. I loved that the floor was covered with a carpet and everything was very clean. The personal was helpful and polite, except for one reception lady who started audaciously speaking Russian to me without asking if I wanted it and if I actually spoke this language. But this is just the Russian mentality, has nothing to do with the hotel itself which was wonderful.

I do NOT recommend this hotel. We had to SUFFER from a 30+ degrees hotel room, because the AC wasn’t working - for more than a few days. There was no pre-warning and not even a bottle of water in the room. It was a total rip off and it’s outrageous to actually offer room under such conditions.

The hotel was amazing. The rooms were very clean and had comfortable bedding.
The location was also great. Just 3 stops away from the main train station.
The bus stop and tram stop is just in front of the hotel connecting to the complete city.
Loved the place and would stay at the same hotel when visiting Karlsuhe.
Also the rates were extremely reasonable.

. At the central. But pretty basic for a 4 star hotel. The rooms are small/ cozy and room cleaning have to be pre ordered(why do we have DND door hangs in room then?)

Car parking is super expensive (€24 per day).

Only positive is the location. Its in the accessable distance for everything.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of August after a long car journey filled with traffic jams. All I wanted was to relax in my room and watch the F1 on my iPad, but I soon discovered there was no internet. After trying both available Wi-Fi networks with no success, I went down to reception. I was told to try the 5G network again, which I did, but it still didn’t work. Frustrated, I returned to reception, where I was informed that if I wanted internet, I’d have to sit in the lobby.

I explained that I wanted peace and quiet, not to sit in a busy lobby, and asked for another room. They told me the hotel was fully booked, though I had my doubts, which later turned out to be true. After a heated discussion and experiencing the worst service I’ve encountered in the last five years—and over 100 hotels—we decided to leave. We received a refund and went to Motel One instead. There, we had excellent service, Wi-Fi in the room, and it was only €15 more. To top it off, they were only half-full and confirmed it was impossible for the other hotel to have been fully booked.

However, the rudeness of the so-called hotel manager was the worst of all. no understanding, the only thing that was said was to go to another hotel.

Furthermore, Karlsruhe is truly a beautiful city and definitely worth visiting again. However, I will never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it.

Very Basic room for 4 start hotel and quite unwelcoming reception. I was waiting for a check-in, and their reaction to clients asking questions was rude, like they were annoyed that people were talking to them. Also, when their system didn't accept my debit card, their reaction was surprisingly rude. Luckily, it worked after, but I have never experienced such a dismissive way. They are also not very eager to speak English. In this case, you should inform us when we're booking that we shouldn't expect proper customer service if we don't speak German.

A good modern hotel in the middle of Karlsruhe. Bicyclists are able to lock their bikes in the underground parking lot. Mini bar/fridge in the room. The staff gave some recommendations for good nearby restaurants where to eat dinner.

We arrived quite late, but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and he even offered to store my bike in a locked room—kudos to him! We stayed only one night. The room was basic but clean and spacious enough for three of us and a dog. Breakfast could be more diverse; it was very basic. The hotel’s location is good with plenty of street parking nearby (and a park to walk a dog), though you need to pay.. hotel garage is too expensive. Overall, a pleasant stay.
