Hotel Astro in Stuttgart

Some of the receptionists are unfriendly. They were unwilling to give the slighest info relating to the hotel services.
No wifi for days.

The only Positive thing about All that was left when we the Hotel
before we arrived we called first to ask if there are rooms free when the with Yes, we are answered to the Hotel. The Catastrophic situation arrived first sighted but that is what matters, Yes the Hotel. We came in and were at first looked stupid and asked if we called and how old we are, we are 20, we had to First of our badges to show what was actually not a Problem. We had to 70,- € for a night, pay for Parking 6,- € but I'll get to that in just a moment. bill paid, and then says to us we need to pay 50,- € Deposit and get it in the morning when you check out. The came us Spanish before, but now, as we the room entered, everything seemed pretty neat, until we were in bed. The bed sheet had a blood stain, we then have a cloth over it and us on one side. We regret, we would immediately have to say something, but, well... eventually, we opted out of going as we are, we wanted to came back to our mind, paid Parking, and what is it? - it was full .. we then just irgdnwo pure, and good. Next day 10 check out:00 PM, we go to the reception and were hardly observed, and then we realized that all the other had to pay at the end of the bill and any Deposit needed to be deposited. We then asked a couple and they said they were very were treated very unfriendly but you pay now, your invoice and no Deposit needed. As we came then at last to it we were refunded our security Deposit back and she said in all seriousness before we get the Deposit you need to the room view first before get the money. - We thought we heard right. You took the 50.- € into the room, looked at it and gave it back to us until then! The other couple next to us complained immediately about the Parking and about the unfreundin lethal staff. Now Yes never again!!! - money I'd much rather sleep a day in the car as there is and it's called a 3 star Hotel .. not zero is recommended. For dinner, we can say unfortunately nothing, we hope to have your decision made easy to think of the good..
