After 19:00 no staff. Passcode was provided but no keys came out. No emergency numbers. After talking to some strangers found that he got 2 keys instead of 1 . It turned out next day by reception it is my keys. Why stranger have my keys ?

It is a self-service apartment, and there should be many long-term residents. The hotel parking lot is large and free, which is very suitable for people who drive. The room is OK, worthy of the price.

Everything looked good. Only too few staff in the restaurant, 1 person, but it was too busy for 1 person

The Hotel is located in an industrial area. The country of purchase, kebab, Italian and in-house Restaurant in the vicinity. Very modern and the color Orange dominates. There is a lift. The Breakfast is served with great crispy bread rolls. Coffee didn't taste. Great selection of teas available. Otherwise everything there that you need. Manageable sausage - and cheese selection, fresh fruit. The beds are to soft, but ok for 2 nights.

Location is super, 5min walkway to the Arena where a lot of concerts. Preiß-performance OK. The room could be gepuzt, in my opinion, a little more a lot of small hairs in the bathroom, and unfortunately also in bed. Breakfast was also as far as good for the price. Fresh rolls, boiled eggs. Sausage and cheese unfortunately not cooled. The coffee can is in the middle of the Breakfast hall in a giant Pumpkanne where everyone . Osaft there is, unfortunately, not a real but a sugar-water that's just disgusting tastes(Reminded me of the Osaft in the Turkey holiday). A lot to us immediately, in the entire Hotel the air was unbearably! A pretty bad climate so even in our room; and it was now out extremely Hot-about 25 degrees. Window liesen open but the total. lg

Unfortunately, we were with the Hotel satisfied. The beds were full of hair and stains from the predecessor, with spots. Still, made. The soil is crumbly.
The rooms for a Wheelchair user with assistance booked.
Upon Entering the room, we were dismayed.
Although the doors do not complete themselves, there is this self-normally open the door again to go. For a wheelchair user is hardly to handle.
Unfortunately, it immediately moves to the bed, must be received to wait until the door, and then a backward move.
The bathroom is very spacious.
Unfortunately, there are no handles on the raised Toilet.
The shower has no device to which the shower head so that could be showers in the Wheelchair, hands-free.
Storage areas there are none at all. The soap dispenser is mounted above the dryer, outside the accessibility of a wheelchair driver!!
At half past nine we are at Breakfast.
Unfortunately, the buffet was empty. On demand for bread rolls, it was said, that would be all outside.
Too bad, I could make more for sure.
Although the rooms feel really tiny.
99€ for something like that, no, certainly not again!
