Excellent, very comfortable hotel

Especially good: quiet rooms (seems walls are soundproof!); comfortable bed and bathroom; all very clean; excellent, comprehensive breakfast; in a quiet corner just outside of Stuttgart center but just beside the U-bahn with direct connection into town

Only one small issue: despite check-out being at 12pm and having the “please do not enter/clean the room” sign on my door, housekeeping opened the room at 8:30am the day of my departure, while I was still asleep. Hopefully a better system can be put in place for this, since I see in the reviews here that this has happened to others!

If you are looking for a clean full service hotel this is a great find. They do have a full bar and a limited food menu that will keep you from having to travel outside to find food and drinks. We found our room very clean and the bed comfortable with a side chair as well as a desk with a desk chair. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night and my impression was that the hotel has friendly staff and it was clean. The room was quite big and quiet. The breakfast was as what to expect of a hotel of this class. A plus however for good Pretzels. What was good: - Cleanliness - Quiet room - Comfortable bed What was average: - Breakfast What was bad: - None

Good location, friendly staff and located next to tram sport. Parking garage and quiet neighbourhood. Bakery next corner and spa close nyt as well. Green park close and not far from zoo and gardena. Mercedes museo on few minutes away.

Nice hotel and you get what you pay for. Breakfast isn't very good with much choice, and their eggs are overcooked. However, it has a very nice seating area, and the main part of the hotel will let this slide. The place has a nice place to walk around with great designed, comfy rooms, however, I got given a double bed wi h my friend so had to sleep on the floor, and it seemed to be freezing in there. The hotel is great for overnight stays if you're out all day.

Pro: spacious. Room is decent tho it does show signs of tear. Curtains actually had small holes in them, only visible with daylight from outside shining its way through. Good, firm bed mattress. Quiet location. One minute walk to Kursaal station. Free hot choco, coffee, and tea at ground level. There's also a restaurant where you can grab food at the end of the day if you just want to quickly retire to your hotel and avoid the city's buzz.

Con: pillow is too soft and flat. Security concerns listed as follows:
1. Deadbolt could not be locked. Turning it does not move the lock at all.
2. On one day we chose to stay in our room, we saw late morning that our door was opened. We immediately checked our things to ensure nothing was missing. Thankfully, we don't think anything was taken. Yet, it still raises suspicions.
3. During our entire stay, we kept the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and the pouch that they have that indicates we didn't want the hotwl room to be cleaned. We also instructed front desk that we didn't want our room cleaned during the stay. HOWEVER, on our last day, house cleaning immediately opened the door and exclaimed "Oh, you're still here.". Again, this was despite the labels placed on the door. Sure, this was the day we check out but this happened before 10am and check out time was still at 12.
