The reason is that when my daughters made a reservation for a hotel during their trip, they made a reservation for free luggage storage service. I made a reservation. After staying in another area for a few days on the 23rd, I made a reservation to be tied to the same hotel again on the same day. I made a reservation after checking in because I had to use the luggage storage service in the meantime. When my daughters arrived and checked in, they told me to tell them again about the situation and requested it, but they asked me to tell them again when checking out. After checking in, they asked me to stay for a day and check out again. The hotel filled out the answer in a different way from the time they checked in. The problem is that they can't store luggage because the construction is going on. You should have told them at check-in if this situation doesn't work out. But suddenly, they told me that they weren't ready for it. When I got kicked out for a fee, it cost as much as the accommodation fee. The biggest problem was that I marked the free luggage storage service on the website or on the reservation site, and this was a lie. How can you compensate for this situation? 욕해주고싶은 호텔서비스!문제입니다 전 클레임을 예약사이트를 통해걸꺼고 리뷰도 최악의 의사를 표기하겠습니다. 이유는 제딸들이 여행기간동안 묵을 호텔을 예약할당시 무료짐보관서비스가 가능하다고 분명확인해서. 예약했으며. 23일 숙박후 몇일간 다른지역을 다녀와서 동일호텔에 다시한번 1일에 다시 한번 묶을 예약을 해두었기에 호텔로 다시 돌아올 예정이므로 그간에 짐보관서비스를 이용해야만하므로 예약시 그 항목을 보고 선택하였습니다 제딸들은 도착해서 체크인시 이 상황을 다시한번 말하고 요청하였으나 알았다며 체크아웃 시 다시 말해달라는 답변을 듣고 하루숙박을 한후 체크아웃시 짐보관서비스를 다시 요청하였나 호텔측은 체크인시와는 다른답으로 거철하였습니다 공사를 진행하기에 짐보관을 못해준다는겁니다 문제는 이상황이 정말안되면 체크인시 말해주었어야 근처 짐보관센터를 알아볼텐테 그것도 갑자기 말해 준비가 안되었으며. 유료로 갑차기 하자니 숙박비만큼 비용이 많이 나왔습니다 무엇보다 가장 큰 문제는 홈페이지나 예약사이트 호텔소개에토 짐보관 무료서비스 제공을 표기해두었는데 이게 거짓말이었던겁니다 이 상황을 어찌보상할건가요? 여행후 그호텔로 다시 돌아갈예정인데 그 체크아웃시 문제때문에 너무 기분이 나쁩니다 전 이에대한 보상을 요구하고자 합니다

The hotel was centrally located and clean, but it was very cold. The radiators were ice cold. There was no hot water. We couldn't take a shower. Since we stayed for 5 nights, we had to shower with cold water for the last two days. Even though I told the reception about the situation, I was told it was a problem throughout the hotel. Also, the internet was very poor.

I cant lie 1 of the worse hotels ive ever stayed in the hot water is so bad the shower had no pressure its loud all night but if u want center of town what do u think will sound like all i can say is no good if youre with kids and family.
