Althoff Hotel am Schlossgarten in Stuttgart

The Hotel is very well located and within a few steps you have everything in close proximity to what you need, including Public transport. At the reception we were very disappointed as they had to specially from the Hotel, advertised Membership Card "" resp. not it came in and then hung up a little cold from the reception staff. That was actually quite a bit of audacity, especially since we are talking here of a 5 star Standard. The room was right next to the Elevator (the side of the head of the bed directly on the Elevator wall), so that a pleasant stay is a already angry Start. Thank God it pulled us directly in the John Cranko Lounge, where we had landed a true happiness hit: Costa. The Service was excellent, the Drinks were exceptionally good and has taken our group of 8 people with a lot of commitment and heart. The stay at Costa respectively. the Bar was even so special that we had cancelled for the next night, all of the reservations in other locations, and a fantastic new year's eve in the John Cranko Lounge were allowed to spend. We have never experience a dedicated, perfectly trained and friendly Team is here, therefore, a total of 18 of the 72 hours in Stuttgart were spent there ;) A visit to Costa and the John Cranko Lounge are a MUST, and always the Drinks-recommendations note, we regret not a single one! The Breakfast was described on the Internet, often as small and not as extensive, what I can confirm only in part. The selection is somewhat small, consistently excellent and high quality, the Service also. In summary, we were by the Service, etc., absolutely thrilled. the young gentlemen at the reception for an absolute Nuisance associated with a room a had to sleep. The Membership Card we can't rate unfortunately, since these have not been taken into account (for whatever reason...).
