Hotel staff was fantastic, room was very clean and comfortable. I dropped my credit card in the parking lot and the hotel staff contacted me at my home in spain and mailed me my card saving me the pain of reporting it lost and having to apply for a new one. Thank you Thank you !

Nice hotel with a great gym and sauna area. Restaurant and bar are great too. Rooms are nice and well equipped.

The room was very nice and the hotel had a nice feel to it. However the communication with the staff was a little difficult. We were told our room would be ready in 10-15 minutes and had to wait for 2 hours before it was ready. We also had asked to get a tray picked up from our room and when returning we found the tray was still there. The food from the restaurant was great though!

After many stays at the Waldhotel, the staff maintain a top level environment which is why this is the only hotel I will stay at when in Stuttgart.

Very good overall. We checked in late and it was no problem. The car park was easy to use with fairly big parkings. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms were clean and seemed newly renovated. WiFi was a little weak.

Although my stay included a kitchen, I had to ask reception for a kettle and spoons. There was a McDonald's next door, so I enjoyed breakfast there. It is an excellent place to spend a weekend with your family 

Our family's travel destination was the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, so we booked this hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel's design was very practical and much better than we expected! Thank you, owner!

Two people came to attend the exhibition in Germany. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. It takes eight to ten minutes to drive directly to the hotel. Parking is charged at 5 euros a day. The breakfast is quite rich. Although the room is a bit small, it is quite pleasant to watch the sunset with a balcony at night, because it is basically dark at 9:00 pm in Germany.

The location is good. Central but quiet. The room was a nice size. Loved the breakfast. I was missing a minibar to cool drinks. And I felt that the staff, although super friendly, didn’t keep track of the order. All in all was a nice stay.

The hotel was centrally located and clean, but it was very cold. The radiators were ice cold. There was no hot water. We couldn't take a shower. Stuttgart stay This hotel offers the basics very well. Rooms are a little worn, but just what you need and in a good location. Breakfast was good. There's a parking garage underneath, which we didn't use, but seemed convenient and they offered a discount to use it. If you are looking for a clean full service hotel this is a great find. They do have a full bar and a limited food menu that will keep you from having to travel outside to find food and drinks. We found our room very clean and the bed comfortable with a side chair as well as a desk with a desk chair. We would definitely stay again.

The location is tough to call as it is right at the top of the hill so whether you are pushing your luggage upwards or bring them down, it is pretty tiring. The staff are fantastic though and they offer a lot of help and advice on what to do and how and where to go. Service certainly great here.

There is no heating, but the air conditioning is good and there is a subway at the door

Classic business hotel. I’d recommend it in winter but it’s really too hot during summer (consider it’s not possible to fully open the windows). Personnel is always nice and available. Breakfast is ok.

So time of year is a major factor when booking at this hotel as with most authentic German hotels there is no AC in the rooms. Avoid a sunny room because masonry buildings retain heat from the day. The breakfast room and courtyard dinning were superb.

The room was classic, the facilities were a bit old, but the cleanliness was good. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. The only downside was the hotel's location; it's on a hill, so walking there from the station with a lot of luggage was quite a hassle.

I travelled for business and so wasn't needing lots of amenities...clean bedroom, food, bar. Bedroom was fine, but restaurant had closed when I arrived at 19:30 or so. I was told the bar glossed at 20:00, so went out for food ( bar did serve pizza I was told), arrived back to the bar for a nice red wine...not. the bar was closed at 20:50. I was given a room upgrade I was told on arrival. Hard to see...

Was greeted by a rather unpleasant employee during my check-in. Trying to explain things like a child is demeaning, DON'T do it!! For a room costing 140€ a night, I expect to not have any complains. But the rooms lock system is so unresponsive, you need multiple attempts to unlock and in the room, the part of the roof which is supporting the air conditioning was tainted so much and needed maintenance...

For a good price, I got a very clean if modest room in which everything worked. There were allergy free linens and also glass bottled water, not in plastic bottles, which for me is very important healthwise. Keep in mind if you are coming for weekend that streets could get noisy as people are partying over the night, but that is not hotel’s problem. The room was quite spacious, and they changed me to a room with two beds. The service was good, and everything else was acceptable. Of course, it can't be compared to hotels in China, but it's better than other hotels in Germany.
