The hotel is very close to city centre and the neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. All rooms are situated in the higher floors of the building and so they offer an excellent view of the surrounding. The room was clean, spacious, with comfortable mattresses and pillows, and stylish decoration. The bathroom was very cosy, equipped with all the essentials. I was generally impressed by the careful selection of colours and materials. The stuff was helpful in every query. I would highly recommend it !!!

The access is not easy for people with no car.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms, and the fridge was very loud all night long.
Other than that, the rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean.
The bedding is not adapted for people with a weak back.

We were worried about your reservation after having read some negative reviews, but I'm here to say that our stay here was lovely and much better than expected. Yes, it looks bizarrely uninviting from the outside (you'd never realize it was a hotel tucked into a building otherwise filled with doctor's offices) and yes it is true that they don't serve breakfast (which is weird, given the name) - but the rooms themselves are lovely! Large, airy, and clean. The balcony drenched in sunshine was a huge plus, as was the Nespresso maker (stocked with many capsules) and a mini fridge. The shower was also fantastic. You can walk to the downtown in less than 10 minutes, either through the car park (which felt super safe and clean, even at night) or, if you detour one street, you can walk along a scenic canal (my preferred route). The parking was also so convenient. If we were to return to Tübingen, I'd gladly stay here again.

One of the most functional hotels I have ever been! Everything ok! The entrance is at Walter Simon street. Decent breakfast, only for 5 euros!

Massive rooms, good food. Not as near to Delft as we wanted but easy to get too by car from there

Good hotel. Nice and friendly stuff. Comfortable stay. Delicious Breakfast. Very close to Tubingen Hauptbahnhof. But, bit difficult to find the place.

not an hotel, nobody there, just a room at the parking lot. nice room, no breakfast. thanks. NEVER AGAIN. the IBIS at the other side is better.

The car Park is just after the check-in is Possible just as the Elevator use. In the hallway it smells indefinably and in the bathroom to the sewer. The bread rolls at Breakfast are counted. Unfortunately, the rooms are also very warm. Without a fan of its own is nothing with Sleep. There are exterior roller blinds! This is great and the location is very good. Overall but not recommended.
