This is a great place for shirt stay in the centre of the city. Everything is close: harbor, restaurants train/bus station.
The hotel is a bit outdated and some parts of the bathroom need refurbishment.
One thing which was really very unpleasant was the mattress. It seemed to have a "hole" in the middle.

Absolutely gorgeous location, one street from the lake and promenade. Check in a bit complicated but luckily there is on-site manager. The room we had was tiny but great location made up for it. Definitely worth the money.

Lake Constance is almost reachable via a side street. Wonderful rooms, very clean. It would be nice if there was breakfast in the house again. See you soon💐🤘

Extremely expensive for what it offers. I would not go ever again. There is no physical person in the reception. I paid so much, and there was no even coffee capsule

The hotel was clean and tidy. The reception left a lot to be desired, however. The front desk attendant was often not present and despite having selected this hotel for the included breakfast, we were turned away and told to contact **********. After a long conversation with ********** (it took around a hour to reach someone), they confirmed we’d paid for breakfast. They offered a small credit and suggested we return for breakfast. None of us felt comfortable doing so after the chilly and unhelpful reception we’d received and it really dampened our stay since we had a large group of hungry and antsy children. Despite a nice enough property, we will not be back and I remain disappointed with **********.

We stay here with 6 people, a child of 2 years and 2 dogs. The appartment was very big in the 4th floor with enough space for every one. The only disadvantage was that there was only one bathroom, which is a problem with 6 people. The appartment had 2 toilets. We paid in total €2700,- for 1 week. The location was great as it was 2 minutes from the promenade at lake Constance. The reason why I am not giving it a total of 5 stars is the parking. Yes, there is parking at Parkhouse West or Post (constantly full - not recommended). It takes 5-7 mins walking to each parking house. Parking costs €70,- for 7 days, but there is no where to park when you arrive and want to get rid of all the luggage. The hotel should have a least 2 temp parking spaces in front of the hotel for this reason. There is enough space and not blocking the road. Instead people living near by call the police and the police then call the hotel, telling them to make sure the cars are removed. This is ridiculous. After all, everyone staying in Überlingen has to pay a "Kurtax" of €42,- per person (I think), so the town should make sure their visitors can enjoy the stay without all this hassle.

Great location in the heart of the beautiful town of Überlingen. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. 24 hour car park available (15 euro max/24 hour period at time of booking) around 7 minutes walk from hotel. You are able to drop and pick up luggage at the hotel door which is in a pedestrian zone, no problem. Town is easily walkable everywhere. Good restaurants are all nearby.

Well located near the Bus station, very clean very, comfortable bed, warm water and super clean towels.
The bathroom wasn't practical though, all the water from the shower spilled many times and the WC had a slight bad odor. I would also recommend a warmer and more personal relationship with the customers.
