This is a small hotel on the outskirts of Meersberg although still within walking distance of the main town.
An easy walk down but a steep journey back.
Rooms are a good size and well maintained .
Breakfast is a fairly basic continental but they will cook eggs and there are homemade bread and cakes.
Biggest complaint - the towels are awful!
A very genial host made our stay an enjoyable one.

Very nice hotel with a good location. Clean with everything you need. Good breakfast with a lot of fresh fruits and berries.

It was a great stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Highly recommended for families with children. Breakfast had a lot of choice and was fresh. Would happily go back.

Highly recommended. We went here to rent bikes. The host has been super kind and helpful (and english-speaking). Bikes were in very good condition. Flexible rental times and fair price.

Visited by chance in Matzo, decided to return for a week. Quiet area, clean, extremely welcoming country-style rooms, with an exceptional view of the lake. German breakfast: all we needed was the basted pork, but everything else was there. Huge gym and fitness corner with Technogym machines; Unfortunately due to lack of time we were unable to have the massages. As a hotel experience I wholeheartedly recommend it.
