Conclusion: i would not recommend this hotel!

Room: This hotel is renovated from a hospital. The room is clean but still looks like a creepy hospital room. The sound isolation is really bad.

Food: The breakfast is very simple as well as the lunch.

Service: most colleagues are nice. But, the male at the reception is very unfriendly. As I had a question about the receipt, he became very aggressive. It's very sad such service atittude still exists.

Location: close to the train station.

We stopped at this "hotel" for one night to rest after a long car journey. We had booked a double room with one large bed, but upon arrival we discovered that the room had two separate twin beds instead. When we raised the issue with reception, the staff insisted this was their version of a “big bed” (you can judge for yourself from the picture). Unfortunately, the staff seemed more focused on finishing their shift — it was 19:55 and reception closes at 20:00 — than on addressing our concern.
The next morning at check-out, the clerk didn’t even bother to ask about our stay. On top of that, the whole property has a rather clinical atmosphere, with a smell and look reminiscent of a hospital — likely due to the private clinic located right next door.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place, even for a single night.

An unusual hotel, somehow associated with a religious organization. When there, no crowds at all (Easter). Really nice clean, really nice breakfast. Really nice views over the rooftops..

I stayed one night in a single room, which was next to two elevators. Firstly, the heating pipes in the room were so loud, I haven't experienced anything like that in a very long time. Secondly, I was standing upright in bed at 6:00 a.m. because several travelers were already using the elevator. I felt completely exhausted. Then there was the terrible breakfast in a completely outdated, far too garish breakfast room. The single room, which I would describe as a "hospital room with a wooden floor," exuded a similar charm. Never again!

Unfortunately no hotel atmosphere
Great location with good transport links near the train station. Unfortunately the hotel has the atmosphere of a hospital, hence only three stars.

The room is very hygienic and clean. It is very close to the city. It is very suitable for shopping and sightseeing. The breakfast is especially satisfactory. Not only does it have a wide variety, but the quality is also very good. You can relax and enjoy the nutritious beauty while traveling.

Nice hotel near the train station. Great breakfast, free bottled water in your room with mini fridge. Brewery 3 minute walk from the hotel had good German food and on site brewed beer, Riegele.

Walking distance from main rail station, with easy access via trams to city centre. The room was spacious and admirably clean. No street noise. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of items. A hotel to be recommended.

Nice rooms, well made and very clean. Staff was very competent and helpful. Location is perfect, easy walking distance to the train station and the old town.
