I stayed last week in the hotel for two days. The location is quite good because it is only 15 minutes by walk from the central station. Also it is ideal location for those who wants to visit BMW plant. Only they need to improve their breakfast menu as they have only limited option. The other rooms and cleaness are pretty well. Also the Italian restaurant is only 2 mins by walk and Indian restaurant...

I liked a lot this small, cosy hotel. The location is perfect for the people who works in BMW plant, it takes 15 minute to walk in. There are quite a few things around like shops, cinema and restaurants. Staff is friendly. The breakfast is also tasty and fresh. I recommend this location for you all!

We were here for one night as we visited for a Culinary Event, the "Everyone" in straßkirchen. Rooms are newly renovated, clean, large bathroom and very comfortable beds. Despite location to the main road, didn't noticed much. The staff is very friendly! The Breakfast buffet is small but fine! Very good rolls from the best Baker in Bavaria: Steinleitner! We have already booked again.

we have been going to the ASAM for many years now and have never been disappointed. Rooms are spacious and always very clean. Comfortable beds give a really restful sleep. The hotel is a 20minute walk to the town square but the staff can organise a taxi for those with mobility issues. The food including breakfast is excellent and the beer is always cold and tasty. I believe I arrived a little later (and within the reception time and during the football ⚽ Euro-final), but this could have made the conception even less. Interesting concept, appealing ambiance – the dark tones take some getting used to, but nothing that would deter us from a return visit. What we believe urgently needs improvement, however, is the attitude of the staff towards their actual employer: the guest. We weren't greeted with a "Good evening" or "Good morning" either at check-in or check-out. That evening, we were greeted by a lady at the reception...

All stuff was so friendly, the room was so modern and nice- all nice clean and the room aroma was nice. Bedding was mega comfortable.. Tv and everything modern and easy. I travel a lot and this was so far my best place to stay.

The rooms are clean and nice, and the staff is very kind, the breakfast is good. I would definitely recommend them, and we will come back to this place. Some small hints: it would be nice to have tissues in the rooms. And please pay attention to repair/replace the broken bin in the toilett.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in one of the four penthouse suites (Villa Boutique Suite). These are located in the new extension. Check-in was friendly; we were even able to check in two hours early, and robes and slippers were provided in our room. All I can say about the suite is that it is incredibly stylish and modern. The directions to third floor rooms was rather confusing at first. You could not take the elevator to the ground floor after normal operating hours. Breakfast was great.

This place was excellent ! We had a business lunch outdoor and could please even our vegetarian colleagues with some tasty dish. It was that good that we decide to go there again in the evening. Pulled chicken burger with pineapple would be my recommandation. Don’t forget to book a table if you want be eat there for sure ! It's a relatively old hotel, so be prepared for the facilities to be dated. However, you can tell that the renovations were quite meticulous back then; it's a relic of a bygone era. The service was quite good, and the price was reasonable.

The hotel is centrally located. Under the hotel is a large public parking garage, so ideally for travellers by car. When you walk outside of the door you are at the central market. The rooms are simple but spacious. This time we did not take the breakfast.

Room a little dark, but comfortable beds. The carpet looked like it should be replaced, but room was clean. Nice staff and breakfast served in the café, nice and cozy. Very well located and parking right out side if you are lucky. If not there is a parkhouse five minutes away. No elevator in the house.

Big, clean room with accessible bathroom but no fridge or any tea-making facilities. Breakfast was included daily, and it's a great location within a flat easy walk to Landshut centre (and a lift!). The only disadvantage is the corridor to the upper rooms is a bit drab, but the friendly welcome & service makes up for that.

Small Hotel but quaint. Close to downtown Landshut. Not modern, but rooms are comfortable, clean and nice. What makes the stay is the employees. They were great and even had breakfast to go for me... Delicious!! They have a great little bakery that makes wondelful treats. Would book again anytime.

We enjoyed our stay in Landshut. Reception attendance was very helpful and friendly. Particularly the lady in the "dark suit". We stayed in one of suites. At €200 I think a bit pricey for Landshut. What we didnt like at all was the restaurant, price quality is not right. Service was plain bad the night we dined here. Most people were having dinner outside. We dined inside and felt abandoned at times...

We haven’t stayed at the hotel, but we’ve dined at the restaurant several times – and every single time it’s been absolutely outstanding. The food is beautifully presented, smells amazing, and tastes even better. Every dish we tried was clearly made with care and attention to detail. It’s truly one of the best dining spots in Landshut, and we can’t recommend it enough!

The staff is quite helpful, giving plenty of recommendations for places to explore and relax in the local area. They even occasionally offer cooking and barbecue classes. Negative: Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't even offered. :( But there were several bakeries in the city center. :) Even though it was a city hotel, there's still such a thing as quiet hours. It was constantly noisy for short periods (shouting and doors slamming). Positive: It was a very nice room with a bathroom.

Walls are paper thin; it was as though the person in the room next door and I were both in the same room. There were no cooking utensils and I could not get the stove top to work. I was not feeling well so didn't contact reception. On the good side, the apartment was spotlessly clean and in a great location.

Old Bones, fresh facade. Rooms are clean and freshly facelifted. Bathrooms not much. Slow drains and finicky plumbing. Front desk staff were friendly but also kinda unprofessional by arguing in front of customers. I applaud the make staff members patients and professional attempt. For the price, the value received was great.

A super location, next to the river , for visiting the town and the castle. It has a nice sauna and fitness room. The only odd thing about the rooms is that the power sockets are placed in the bed headboard.

A location close to the center with private covered parking, rooms from the 90s but still decent and clean. Staff who practically only speak German, with a few exceptions who know English. Staff are kind and welcoming. We only tried the bar during a party and the barman was really knowledgeable. Comfortable beds, TV with only German channels plus two in French. The hotel was clean and check-in and check-out went smoothly. We had some trouble with the air conditioning, which made a very loud noise even when not in use. However, due to the late hour, we didn't call a technician.

The hotel is located near the station so it was easy to access the old city in Landshut. Not much around the station though. The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of variation. The room was comfy and enough to stay for a short stay.

Close to main railway station, not the town. As you would expect room wise with an Ibis. Check in until 2200 at the bar. Plenty of English spoken.

Auto check in. You do it yourself. Pretty nice. Afterwards you get the key and that's it. If you need a place to just go and sleep without any long processes this is the place.

Great accommodation and amenities. A train station is currently being built right next to the hotel. The only criticism was the ants that were coming out of the bottom of the door panel and gathering in the room.

Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the double room had two 90cm beds. Check-in was possible at any time using the automated check-in machine, which was cool, and parking with a charging station was free.

What a wonderful place to stay over. Friendly, helpful staff - and probably the cleanest hotel room that I have ever stayed in. Situated in a very quiet, almost farm-like setting. It is very basic but one has everything that one would need. I can definitely recommend it!

This is a newly opened hotel with relatively new facilities. It's located right by the roadside, about a 20-minute drive from Dahao Plaza in the city center. Breakfast is a buffet with a decent variety, and parking is convenient.

Could be better Evening buffet was overpriced for what it was, and if you forget to bring back the empty bottle of water at check-out you’ll be charged 10,- euro ! Why can’t they just bring it back when they clean the room, which wasn’t to good, no vacuum cleaning for five days. Therevwhere no towels in spa area or drinking water in the gym, and no fridge in the room.
