I had a great stay at Art Hotel Erlangen. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very pleasant. The breakfast was fully stocked with a great variety and definitely worth it — fresh, tasty, and a perfect start to the day. Everything was well organized and regularly refilled. The service at the reception was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Overall, a very good hotel with clean rooms, great breakfast, and reliable service. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The first night I had a cold shower - no hot water despite letting the water run for ＞5min. Next morning I told the reception who said they would inform the Hausmeister (no apology given though). Second night, the exact same thing happens again! Inexcusable and poor service - no apology, let alone a discount!

I only had breakfast at the hotel. It was a nice experience, and I'm an experienced traveler. Not to far from the railway station with good connections to Nürnberg Central Station with connections to the fairs and airport. Clean and nice rooms and internet connection

The Front Desk Manager Rabiah made all the difference in the world -- the Housekeeping staff was always professional and exceptionally professional.

The hotel is good - but, the personnel are Exceptional - Starting with Rabiah the front-desk manager / cook / concierge provided exceptional service at breakfast, was helpful with directing us to a laundry facility, grocery stores and restaurants.
The Housekeeping team were also very diligent, polite, helpful and very thorough. Nicky was delightful and thorough Karisa was very polite and was very willing to help my wife move through the hotel and finally, Sam was exceptionally thorough.
All of the personnel at the hotel truly increased our overall experience by "Two" Stars!

Centre and train station close to the Hotel. This, however, is by car only due to the approachable. To recommend reservation of a Parking space urgently, there is nothing else in the vicinity.
Everything was clean, neatly furnished, very quiet during the night.
Good starting point from which to Explore Erlangen, Berch there is something more, but also to reach easily on foot.
