I decided to stay here 2 nights as I was arriving late the first night.
Being a titanium member there are some things I have gotten used to at NH hotels, which this hotel did not deliver on.
Arriving past midnight, I entered the room and didn't find any complimentary water. Looking at the minibar prices, water cost 5 euros, I decided to drink from the tap. I think this is the first time during my years as titanium that there was no complimentary water sitting on the desk.
I then decided to have a shower before going to bed after a long day of travelling, to find that there was hardly any water pressure, it was frankly unacceptable. The water pressure did not improve during my 2 nights stay. I have found that the water pressure is an issue in most hotels lately.
The bed was however confortable and large, and I did get a good night's sleep. The room was also very clean.
However, I wouldn't stay here again when I'm travelling between Munich and Nüremberg, I would just stop and visit the town before heading onwards.
I do believe this could be a great hotel, they just have to improve the water pressure and the guest experience, it shouldn't be too difficult.
I recommend this hotel. The rooms are big and clean. Family hotel, luxury, good services, gentle staffs. Breakfast is rich with all kind of verities. It's a stone throw to the city center.
