Great location, friendly staff

This charming hotel is right in the center of the action. An easy walk to the Christmas market! It is a little walk from the Subway but manageable and charming. Just we aware you will be rolling your suitcase over cobblestone.

I would definitely stay here again! Be sure to get the house hot wine which comes with a fresh gingerbread cookie!

Staff was very nice checking in/ out. Comfortable bed/ pillows. Great location with being a 15 min walk from main train station. More basic amenities (no conditioner, lotion or vanity packs) but comfortable space.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was also very clean. The hotel was clean and staff was great so I bumped it to 4 stars, but the beds are hard and the rooms are awkwardly shaped and some aspects tiny. Each room is set up differently but the shower in our room was tiny and it was impossible not to flood the bathroom. And very slippery floor.

Such a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Friendly and informative staff, with exceptionally comfortable rooms. We were travelling with our toddler who also loved it

Great hotel and close to everything., I am giving it all five but one small note is the showers run out of hot water during a long shower. The breakfast was good and I love the cappuccino machine.
