Nice hotel, but room cleaning only on demand, no daily water refil, poor lift system causing very long waiting time. Only good thing is the location.

Location and amenities are nice but front office staff is in a weird state. The first guy who checked us in looked rather disheveled. You could literally look through the shirt that was also messy to begin with. One guy during night shift seemed cold towards guests and was not inclined to be helpful while the two ladies during early shift put their priority on looking at TikToks and whatnot right...

Hotel is old but still maintained quite clean and tidy. With a pool is good for relax Good supplies of toiletries. Good choice for overnight stay along road trip.

Not terrible but not amazing either. Window covers were dirty and the room didn’t have an airco. Also the breakfast was not included in the price, even tho booking said it was. Parking was €24,- extra for 2 cars Location is decent, bit further outside the city than we thought, but the metro is like 2 minutes walking. That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.

Location: About a fifteen-minute walk from the train station, on the edge of the old town. It's roughly a fifteen-minute walk to the castle as well. Convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. Room: The hygiene was decent, and the facilities were up to standard. Service: The front desk staff had a very poor attitude.

Excellent value for money . The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast super and room very clean . Just be aware of the red light district two minutes away if you turn right out of the hotel.

Clean modern room. Great price. Not a far walk from old town. Only catch is that if you turn right out of the entrance, it puts you in the red light district! Lol. Turn left and it’s all good. I stayed overnight during a job fair at this hotel. The structure is in a neighboring area, very quiet, every day in about 15 minutes by car I was at the fair and in 20 I was in the centre, I never found traffic, so very convenient for those exhibiting or visiting the exhibition centre. Good hotel with friendly staff, perfect for a stopover during a long trip. I wouldn't recommend staying here for a longer period for holiday, as it's located in the middle of the city on an industrial estate. Delicious dinner and breakfast, with various choices. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. The staff also speaks excellent English.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, but disposable toiletries are not provided. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, very clean. Environment: The environment is okay, the room is very large and spacious. Service: I only experienced the check-in and luggage storage services.

Warning ⚠️ It's a terrible experience to stay this hotel. My wallet got stolen in the room on the 2nd day of my stay. The receptionist did not help much because they said only the manager has the access to the cctv footage but their manager is not working on Saturday and Sunday. Please think twice if you want to stay in this hotel.

Quite Clean but rather old appearing Interieur, nice and helpful staff We got a maisonette apartment as an upgrade. Hotel location is quite close to the city center, only 20min walk away from city center I will not remember anything from the hotel except the quite high price which was around 180€ a night. If there is no cheaper option and you need to be close to city center, it's a good choice

Great little hotel within short walking distance of the main city areas, perfect for our Xmas market holiday. Great staff who spoke excellent English and were super attentive and helpful. The location is super convenient, right opposite the Central Station. You can walk to Nuremberg Castle, Albrecht Dürer's House, and other attractions. The evening views are stunning, the front desk service is great, and breakfast is delicious.

The Sheraton Carlton is a well kept property and the staff was wonderful. I was placed in an executive room which was very large and had extra amenities. It was close to the airport, right in front of the subway station, and convenient! There was a supermarket nearby. Access to the city center was also good.

A good, simple hotel right next to the Nordostbahnhof (Northeast Train Station). It has everything you need for an overnight stay. The bed was very soft; depending on whether you like that sort of thing or not, you should be aware of that. The hotel is somewhat noisy in places, and I also think over €200 for one night during the Christmas market season is very excessive.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and I would like to thank them very much for giving us a family room. They were very helpful in this regard, however, the room was not cleaned for 3 days and even the trash was not removed from the room; apparently this is part of the hotel's concept. We wanted to stay close to the airport since we had an early flight. This location was perfect and allowed us to not have the hassle of getting transportation in the morning to the airport. There are no slippers in the rooms, I have been told that they ordered but still not come. Smoking is allowed only in balconies, parking area is not that big to find parking place always. Excellent location right across the hbf, and trams/S-bahn/U-bahn all outside the hotel, recommended for all travellers visiting Nuremberg! Comfortable, clean, good sized, quiet atrium-facing room. Hotel check in service is one of the friendliest ones we have experienced so far. Only downside is room service - housekeeping did not refill shower gel, room phone not working.

It’s the best hotel with warmest welcome. The room is really clean and there was full-set of amenities. There are sauna and bars which give me a really good experience. Lastly, the officer help me checking in earlier at 11am, so crazy!! I will book this hotel again for the next trip :)

Everything is in perfect condition and clean and everybody is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the cereals/muesli can be combined to the detail according to ones own taste. The typical German dinner was great. Upon entering the room, it smelled strange (probably from the new carpet), but airing helped fast. We'll bokk here anytime again.

Location is really nice 8min to the train stop 8min to the bus stop, reception answers fast and 24h’s service if you meet problems you can tell them anytime. Stayed here for one night and had a great stay. The bed was very comfortable and the twin bed was larger than usual. Very quite too. Quick walk from the train station. The staff was very nice and though I missed breakfast, the staff helped me get some coffee to go. The room was very clean. The area around the hotel was also very quiet and felt safe. I would stay here again.

The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. There was free coffee in the lobby, and a bottle of beer was placed in the room's refrigerator as a welcome gift. Being located near the train station, windows facing the street can be a bit noisy, but the hotel was thoughtful and provided earplugs.

Everything is excellent except that there is no safe in the room and the location is in the back of the train station, away from the crowds, quieter. Personell were all very friendly, breakfast was excellent! I would recommend this hotel (3 stars) to my friends!!
