Location: About a fifteen-minute walk from the train station, on the edge of the old town. It's roughly a fifteen-minute walk to the castle as well. Convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. Room: The hygiene was decent, and the facilities were up to standard. Service: The front desk staff had a very poor attitude.

Excellent value for money . The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast super and room very clean . Just be aware of the red light district two minutes away if you turn right out of the hotel.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, but disposable toiletries are not provided. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, very clean. Environment: The environment is okay, the room is very large and spacious. Service: I only experienced the check-in and luggage storage services.

Warning ⚠️ It's a terrible experience to stay this hotel. My wallet got stolen in the room on the 2nd day of my stay. The receptionist did not help much because they said only the manager has the access to the cctv footage but their manager is not working on Saturday and Sunday. Please think twice if you want to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is right across the street from the train station, within walking distance of the old town. The rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is plentiful, including marinated salmon and Nuremberg sausages; the hot oatmeal porridge is particularly delicious.

The hotel is right beside the Central station of Nuremberg, it's the old European style which I love it. The staffs are friendly and it's less than 5 mins walk to the old town, so comfortable and beautiful.

The room was a bit small and the facilities were a bit old, but the service was very good; otherwise, there was nothing to complain about.

That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.

The Sheraton Carlton is a well kept property and the staff was wonderful. I was placed in an executive room which was very large and had extra amenities. The hotel is also located very close to the train station. While that can be a plus, you also have to deal with the negative element that hangs around the station. I love this hotel. Located right next to train station yet very quiet and low key. Classic ambience at breakfast with proper escorting service. Stunning view at the swimming pool. Excellent location right across the hbf, and trams/S-bahn/U-bahn all outside the hotel, recommended for all travellers visiting Nuremberg! Comfortable, clean, good sized, quiet atrium-facing room. Hotel check in service is one of the friendliest ones we have experienced so far. Only downside is room service - housekeeping did not refill shower gel, room phone not working.

It’s the best hotel with warmest welcome. The room is really clean and there was full-set of amenities. There are sauna and bars which give me a really good experience. Lastly, the officer help me checking in earlier at 11am, so crazy!! I will book this hotel again for the next trip :)

We wanted to stay close to the airport since we had an early flight. This location was perfect and allowed us to not have the hassle of getting transportation in the morning to the airport. There are no slippers in the rooms, I have been told that they ordered but still not come. Smoking is allowed only in balconies, parking area is not that big to find parking place always.
