Nice hotel, but room cleaning only on demand, no daily water refil, poor lift system causing very long waiting time. Only good thing is the location.

Location: About a fifteen-minute walk from the train station, on the edge of the old town. It's roughly a fifteen-minute walk to the castle as well. Warning ⚠️ It's a terrible experience to stay this hotel. My wallet got stolen in the room on the 2nd day of my stay. The receptionist did not help much because they said only the manager has the access to the cctv footage but their manager is not working on Saturday and Sunday. Please think twice if you want to stay in this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station, making transportation very convenient. However, when I stayed in winter, the heating in the room was insufficient, and the air conditioning wasn't effective, so it got quite cold. Since it was a business trip arranged by my company, I couldn't expect too much.

Super love this hotel! It is slightly on the pricey side but it’s worth it. Very good space for 2 large luggages to fit in the room. Bathroom is also spacious. Staff are friendly. And hotel slippers can be given upon request. Great stay!

Quite Clean but rather old appearing Interieur, nice and helpful staff We got a maisonette apartment as an upgrade. Hotel location is quite close to the city center, only 20min walk away from city center I will not remember anything from the hotel except the quite high price which was around 180€ a night. If there is no cheaper option and you need to be close to city center, it's a good choice

Very convenient, good breakfast

The hotel is right across the street from the train station, within walking distance of the old town. The rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is plentiful, including marinated salmon and Nuremberg sausages; the hot oatmeal porridge is particularly delicious.

The hotel is right beside the Central station of Nuremberg, it's the old European style which I love it. The staffs are friendly and it's less than 5 mins walk to the old town, so comfortable and beautiful.

That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.

The Sheraton Carlton is a well kept property and the staff was wonderful. I was placed in an executive room which was very large and had extra amenities. Good hotel with friendly staff, perfect for a stopover during a long trip. I wouldn't recommend staying here for a longer period for holiday, as it's located in the middle of the city on an industrial estate. Delicious dinner and breakfast, with various choices. My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn - the niu. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was very convenient to local transport and a supermarket. Excellent location right across the hbf, and trams/S-bahn/U-bahn all outside the hotel, recommended for all travellers visiting Nuremberg! Comfortable, clean, good sized, quiet atrium-facing room. Hotel check in service is one of the friendliest ones we have experienced so far. Only downside is room service - housekeeping did not refill shower gel, room phone not working.

It’s the best hotel with warmest welcome. The room is really clean and there was full-set of amenities. There are sauna and bars which give me a really good experience. Lastly, the officer help me checking in earlier at 11am, so crazy!! I will book this hotel again for the next trip :)

We wanted to stay close to the airport since we had an early flight. This location was perfect and allowed us to not have the hassle of getting transportation in the morning to the airport. There are no slippers in the rooms, I have been told that they ordered but still not come. Smoking is allowed only in balconies, parking area is not that big to find parking place always. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are lovely, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. There's also a public parking garage right nearby. This is my second time staying there, and I'll definitely be back.
