Beautiful hotel. Very clean, gorgeous and comfortable room. Super friendly staff. Surprising was welcome shot 😆 and healthy ginger/lemon morning shot. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!!!

The reviews of this hotel must be fake as I've never stayed in such a badly run hotel. Air conditioning doesn't work and same old lie from staff "engineer is coming to fix it' like the reviews over the last few weeks have said and every hotel I've stayed at in Germany the last 2 weeks! Don't advertise air conditioning when you won't run it to save money!! The only water available is tiny bottles that hold barely a cup full and no fans for rooms available either!! If you want to be roasting hot and dehydrated to near death then this is the place for you and to put a cherry on the cake the staff couldn't care less about their jobs as well.. Enjoy 🫣

The hotel provides excellent service. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is rich and varied. If you get hungry in the evening, you can have dinner at a reasonable price in the restaurant.

there isn't refrigerator and not allowed bringing/eating food inside; even not offering kettle to boil water :( disappointing breakfast. 10 min. walk distance from Messe! relatively quite location

It is easy to find the hotel by following the navigation. The hotel has a large parking lot for free parking. The guy at the front desk was warm and polite. When checking in, he said that we would have a small welcome ceremony now, so he took out a lemon fruit wine and I After one sip, I felt a little tipsy after drinking it. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is rich. I will definitely book this hotel again next time.

Incredible staff - attentive and personable.
Great room - working air conditioning, huge tv (but who comes to a hotel to watch tv?), and the bed was comfy
The only thing I would have to "knock" would be that I went out to get gas for my car and wound up on the Autobahn, took me 3 minutes to get the gas station, and almost 25minutes of backroads to get back, so maybe some kind of sign at that exit saying "autobahn only". Of course, that could just be a me problem.
Will stay here again.

The staff is outstanding, thoughtful and responsive. They made us feel welcome. The rooms are modern and comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast each morning with fresh food and many choices. Thank you.
