Very pleasant staff! The 1980s building is well-maintained, with a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere! The dark wood trim is beautiful! Good breakfast selection, and the large space makes it a great place!

A good hotel in Nuremberg. Conveniently located, with ample parking right outside (24 hours a day for just 4 euros), and a large park behind the building. Comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable, and the breakfast is more than plentiful.

Stayed end of July 2025. Deluxe King Room. Non-smoking. Allegedly.

Let’s start with the smell: stale smoke and damp rot on the first floor. This place has “non-smoking” signs in the same way abandoned buildings have “keep out” signs — purely decorative.

Room? A museum piece from the Cold War. One set of slippers for two guests. Long black hairs on everything — I'm bald, my wife’s blond. So whose were they?

Mattress: torture-grade. Table lamp: can only be turned off by unplugging it. Wi-Fi: slower than dial-up and requires a paper token — no joke.

The whole place oozes neglect. Carpet stains, dusty air, and a breakfast that would make a vending machine blush with superiority.

Only plus: great location. But so is the dumpster behind a Michelin-star restaurant.

Never again.

Excellent staff. Enormous daily breakfast and wonderfully accommodating since I am still learning German. Quiet rooms on 1st floor. I would stay again.

Staff highly rude and with zero desire to work. Especially a lady at the reception with a strange name who speaks with vehemence and a tone of superiority, and they don't answer the phone when you call the reception. Also they don't know how to speak English. This kind of service was what I received for almost 250€ for two nights.

Absolutely not recommended. The room is okay, but there are four points which are very bad:
1. The internet is extremly slow.
2. The cleaning lady is yelling and looks unpleasent to me for no reason. I do not undertand Germany, but she might say something racist, because I don't think they will do the same thing if I'm white.
3. They never clean the room nor changing the towel during my 5 days stay.
4. The hotel is not near everywhere.

Overall, if you can find another hotel, do please find another hotel to stay in Nuremberg.

Hotel is old but still maintained quite clean and tidy. With a pool is good for relax Good supplies of toiletries. Good choice for overnight stay along road trip.

Not terrible but not amazing either. Window covers were dirty and the room didn’t have an airco. Also the breakfast was not included in the price, even tho booking said it was. Parking was €24,- extra for 2 cars

Location is decent, bit further outside the city than we thought, but the metro is like 2 minutes walking.

Other than that the hotel was pretty nice, and rooms looked good
