Super Value og super pool area, and fantastic breakfast

Good hotel (services, pool, parking), only the rooms are not 4*, breakfast and dinner are usually good. Stayed for 9 days, only the heater position (on the single room) and bathroom air intake (noisy!) were annoying

The Kongresshotel Potsdam is in a great location, very convenient and close to train and tram stops. The staff is very professional, friendly, and always responsive. I can't wait to stay here again!

The food and breakfast was superb. I was able to charge my car, for a price. OK, there were several things I had to pay for on top, but this didn't spoil my stay

Note to Hotel Manager - your front desk team were efficient, but a few smiles (not as extreme as Disneyland!) would add value for guests!

The spa and pool are lovely, but we missed having a sauna infusion

Does what it promises: rooms are okay, and the location is decent. Breakfast? Also okay. Limited options, but fine for a short stay. It’s a huge hotel, though during our visit it was relatively empty.

Excellent value for money, but breakfast at €25 per person was excessive for a family, so we opted out. Parking at €25 per day was also unfortunately too expensive

A place for relaxation). Gym is not great. There is a garden near the pool. Large Aqua zone, sauna, 45, 70, 90 degrees. Abundant variety for Breakfast.

Rich breakfast with huge variety of fruits, cold cuts, cheese, breads, pastries, cold and hot drinks BUT rude stuffs and very disappointing dinner service what offers only fast food what is inappropriate for a 4* hotel.

Nice location but expensive parking beware The pool was closed for two days due to need of repair. The parking in the garage is expensive and the price is not given on the net

Located in a quiet side street, right next to a gate for entering Sanssouci Park, and right next to the main street that stretches from the mini version of the Brandenburget Tor, this hotel is a good place to explore Potsdam, and Berlin, for that matter

Five minutes from the nearest bus stop at Luisenplatz Süd that takes you to the train station in another 5 minutes, and from there you will reach Berlin city centre with a direct train in 30 minutes or so

Easily accessible by car, with in-house parking, Mind you, the ramp to the underground garage can be a bit tricky, as it is quite narrow, and the parking spaces too are not easily manoeuvered into

Everything was good but, for some reason, they took my toothbrush and toothpaste. After inquiring, they returned my toothbrush but kept my (medicated) toothpaste. Whatever.

I booked a room at your hotel early this Christmas morning, but due to a system error, there was a double booking, which could have resulted in me being charged double

Ample breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold, bread, pastry and fruit; the only thing missing were some fresh vegetables like cucumber, tomatoes or peppers

There are only a few loungers by the pool, which could feel a bit limited if the spa were busy, but it was quiet when we visited in the evening. The changing rooms and showers were clean and well kept

We did visit the spa, which was a highlight of the stay. The pool was warm and inviting, and the whole area was clean and well maintained

The steam room and sauna were also nice, and although nudity was allowed there, everyone wore swimwear in the pool area

We had a look around the hotel and overall it’s a nice place to relax and spend time. The bowling alley looked fun, although €25 for a basic game felt quite expensive, so we skipped that

The bar area itself is a really pleasant, relaxed space, great for unwinding. However, service was crazy slow, I think it was understaffed

More attentiveness would have made the experience much better…and I would have bought more drinks if they had been more attentive. Breakfast was very enjoyable

Good option near SunSussi. Not luxury, but clean. Good for short term stay.

Stayed for six nights. The staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had a very nice variety and tasted good. Only complaint was the carpets were old and damaged, which seems to be normal for European hotels.

It would be excellent if tenants could have a kettle for boiling water in the hotel rooms, to boil water in the cold winter, for drinking coffee or tea packages to warm up ourselves in the cold harsh winter, when all restaurants are closed at night

The reception was very friendly; Unfortunately, there weren't enough seats for breakfast, except outside, which was too cold; the service in the breakfast room was very friendly, despite the high volume of guests

The location is relatively quiet. The breakfast is relatively simple. Basically, there is no change in a week. It is next to the Shingu Palace and can be reached on foot

The hotel's location is very good, as you can reach the historic sites or the city center on foot in a reasonable amount of time, and there's also a bus service nearby

I'd stay again. Beautiful hotel on beautiful grounds. Food was good and the sauna on the water is so cool. Nice indoor and outdoor pool!!!

Beautiful Hotel This amazing hotel and property is located in this kind of peninsula that face a nice small bay. The building is top and the rooms are spacious. The restaurant is too quality and the food is delicious

Great house in a fantastic location. The restaurant is of high quality and comfortably furnished. The menu is very clear, but exclusive. I would describe the price level as 'just about reasonable'

Very nice, clean and cozy hotel on the water. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are functional. The brunch buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The a la carte dishes are freshly prepared.

The service is super attentive, without being pushy or annoying. When the weather is nice, the outdoor terrace by the lake is great. Now, at the end of November, it is only suitable as a smoking area

In the morning the breakfast provides an outstanding selection of good food and traditional German cuisine. Didn't had time to visit and enjoy the other facilities such as the spa, but looks amazing

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The coolest part is Spike, the hotel dog. He sits by the reception desk and guests are welcome to greet him

Professional staff, fantastic breakfast, comfortable rooms. Stayed at both the second building and a lake-facing room. Both were okay, although of course the lake rooms have an amazing view and balcony

Basic This hotel is in a university area...rooms across street from check in...receptionist was lovely...but we would not stay here again...room vvv basic and you would need a car to stay here...too basic.

Nice Location, Spacious Rooms, Good Breakfast! Go for Lakeside view room location, it's especially beautiful to see the sunrise from the room. Very near to the S-Bahn station.

Clean and safe place to stay. The gentleman at the front desk was professional and kind. The only thing that would have made it better is having coffee available all day.

It's only two stars, but it was clean and rooms where really ok. Perfect place to catch some sleep during trip. Very close to gas station and Mc Donald's.

The hotel is just worth staying, great location, amazing team who will be always there for you, nice breakfast. Value for money, home away from home.

Nice hotel, I just don't understand why they charge extra for the parking?

Quite big and SILENT room with nice toilet inside. It was hard to fit inside with two people with bags. Close to one of the best forests in Berlin, also very close to the highway

Elm travelers Great hotel for exploring the area, room was old style as was the hotel but very nice and comfortable; breakfast is extra but excellent - served in the adjoining restaurant, hotel is directly on Luisenplatz; paid parking but great for local transport connections; room was clean, spacious and comfortable

Charming, friendly and well located! The staff are amazing! I almost don’t want to write this and create unrealistic expectations… but we had the best two nights here. just welcome and have a good stay, clean, warm rooms

Despite being dated and well used the hotel is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location for exploring the palaces/grounds as well as the city. All are walkable over cobblestones

The staff are friendly and helpful. It has almost everything you need including an umbrella (that's really a nice touch). Could do with a kettle and some cups for tea and coffee

The position was great, 10 minutes away from the central station by bus or tram (always on time and frequently). Moreover, the beautiful Sansoucci Park was around the corner

The rooms are antique-style and very clean. The white marble bathroom includes a shower and a whirlpool tub. Breakfast has everything you could need. The staff are all very, very friendly

Clean rooms in one of the beautiful, well-preserved town houses in the middle of Potsdam. Still quiet and relaxing. Nice contact, good service. Antique furniture at its finest. We enjoyed it.

A beautiful Art Nouveau house in a quiet neighborhood. The building itself houses the private eye clinic of the couple who run it, a pharmacy, a traditional restaurant, and a café

It's more reachable by car, but, from the other hand, it makes the place really quit. We were really lucky - even in winter it was a pleasure to use bicycles - it took 40 minutes from Potsdam center

Breakfast was an actual good surprise - high, very good decorated and tasty. Village around is tiny, but extremely cozy - and we did amazing walks through the fields

Service is higher, than average in Berlin and Brandenburg. Fire place in the evening Iin the main hall was off, but immediately after we asked, team made it on

The most comfortable and clean hotel on our last stay in Germany. If you are in Potsdam (which is amazing) by car this is the best possibility. Quiet, clean, comfortable! They also have a restaurant.

Huge room, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Location is a bit far from any public transport though (nearest tram is at least 20 minutes walk away)

Nice location in the outern part of potsdam, it's actually perfect to relax as there is really nothing around it and silence can be your companion at night

Postdam is a nice place, very green and the hotel is quite pleasant. The only point is to take care about check-in which is limited to 8pm maximum

It does not get 5 stars cause we asked for a double bed but we got 2 beds attached with 2 mattraces and with a little empty space between them

Very nice family owned hotel in Potsdam. We borrowed bikes and rode into Potsdam center, which was very nice. The breakfast has everything you need and is fresh and good. We will for sure come back again

Should you really discover even a small defect, which will be very difficult (in this case, a defective rear light on the bike), so the deficiency will be eliminated immediately, with the boss of the house will even bring the tool box to use

Room was very clean and looked brand new. The check-in was easy and the hostess at reception was very friendly. Breakfast the next day was excellent with several hot choices including eggs sausages and bacon

An absolutely fantastic hidden gem with the nicest staff and cozy atmosphere. Although located centrally and close to a busy road, it was absolutely calm and silent during the night
