Super Value og super pool area, and fantastic breakfast

Good hotel (services, pool, parking), only the rooms are not 4*, breakfast and dinner are usually good. Stayed for 9 days, only the heater position (on the single room) and bathroom air intake (noisy!) were annoying

The Kongresshotel Potsdam is in a great location, very convenient and close to train and tram stops. The staff is very professional, friendly, and always responsive. I can't wait to stay here again!

The food and breakfast was superb. I was able to charge my car, for a price. OK, there were several things I had to pay for on top, but this didn't spoil my stay

Note to Hotel Manager - your front desk team were efficient, but a few smiles (not as extreme as Disneyland!) would add value for guests!

Great stay! The rooms are comfortable and clean, the spa is relaxing, and the breakfast is excellent. Friendly staff and a quiet location make this place perfect for unwinding.

Does what it promises: rooms are okay, and the location is decent. Breakfast? Also okay. Limited options, but fine for a short stay. It’s a huge hotel, though during our visit it was relatively empty.

Nice hotel, a little outdated, but nothing to complain about. Absolutely useless reception staff, no greeting, no friendliness, not even any information on where breakfast was served. The restaurant closed at 9 pm

the shower in the bathroom is leaking. an extra bed is ok for 1 night. the smell in the corridors is very strong from detergents. the smell of sewage in the room. and we were not in the spa zone

More hospitality and friendliness needed for the guy on reception. Better still, move him to breakfast and train the young breakfast girl those skills. She would be an amazing asset better used

I recently stayed at Dorint Hotel Sanssouci twice for work and was left with mixed feelings about my experience

Booking a room through Ctrip was actually much more convenient than other international booking apps, especially check-out, which was completed online without any waiting or queuing

Very nice hotel with a great location next to a lake. Swimming Pool, sauna and gym are free to use. Breakfast was amazing. You do have to pay for parking but parking on the street was free.

The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna. A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices

Located in a quiet side street, right next to a gate for entering Sanssouci Park, and right next to the main street that stretches from the mini version of the Brandenburget Tor, this hotel is a good place to explore Potsdam, and Berlin, for that matter

Five minutes from the nearest bus stop at Luisenplatz Süd that takes you to the train station in another 5 minutes, and from there you will reach Berlin city centre with a direct train in 30 minutes or so

Easily accessible by car, with in-house parking, Mind you, the ramp to the underground garage can be a bit tricky, as it is quite narrow, and the parking spaces too are not easily manoeuvered into

Despite being dated and well used the hotel is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location for exploring the palaces/grounds as well as the city. All are walkable over cobblestones

The staff are friendly and helpful. It has almost everything you need including an umbrella (that's really a nice touch). Could do with a kettle and some cups for tea and coffee

The position was great, 10 minutes away from the central station by bus or tram (always on time and frequently). Moreover, the beautiful Sansoucci Park was around the corner

Stayed for six nights. The staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had a very nice variety and tasted good. Only complaint was the carpets were old and damaged, which seems to be normal for European hotels.

It would be excellent if tenants could have a kettle for boiling water in the hotel rooms, to boil water in the cold winter, for drinking coffee or tea packages to warm up ourselves in the cold harsh winter, when all restaurants are closed at night

The reception was very friendly; Unfortunately, there weren't enough seats for breakfast, except outside, which was too cold; the service in the breakfast room was very friendly, despite the high volume of guests

The location is relatively quiet. The breakfast is relatively simple. Basically, there is no change in a week. It is next to the Shingu Palace and can be reached on foot

The hotel's location is very good, as you can reach the historic sites or the city center on foot in a reasonable amount of time, and there's also a bus service nearby

Beautiful Hotel This amazing hotel and property is located in this kind of peninsula that face a nice small bay. The building is top and the rooms are spacious. The restaurant is too quality and the food is delicious

In the morning the breakfast provides an outstanding selection of good food and traditional German cuisine. Didn't had time to visit and enjoy the other facilities such as the spa, but looks amazing

Nice hotel, I just don't understand why they charge extra for the parking?

Quite big and SILENT room with nice toilet inside. It was hard to fit inside with two people with bags. Close to one of the best forests in Berlin, also very close to the highway

A beautiful Art Nouveau house in a quiet neighborhood. The building itself houses the private eye clinic of the couple who run it, a pharmacy, a traditional restaurant, and a café

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The coolest part is Spike, the hotel dog. He sits by the reception desk and guests are welcome to greet him

Professional staff, fantastic breakfast, comfortable rooms. Stayed at both the second building and a lake-facing room. Both were okay, although of course the lake rooms have an amazing view and balcony

Basic This hotel is in a university area...rooms across street from check in...receptionist was lovely...but we would not stay here again...room vvv basic and you would need a car to stay here...too basic.

Nice Location, Spacious Rooms, Good Breakfast! Go for Lakeside view room location, it's especially beautiful to see the sunrise from the room. Very near to the S-Bahn station.

It's more reachable by car, but, from the other hand, it makes the place really quit. We were really lucky - even in winter it was a pleasure to use bicycles - it took 40 minutes from Potsdam center

Breakfast was an actual good surprise - high, very good decorated and tasty. Village around is tiny, but extremely cozy - and we did amazing walks through the fields

Huge room, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Location is a bit far from any public transport though (nearest tram is at least 20 minutes walk away)

Postdam is a nice place, very green and the hotel is quite pleasant. The only point is to take care about check-in which is limited to 8pm maximum

It was pretty well. Quiet, near to nature. But one night they didn't had heating an warm water.
