Seminaris Seehotel Potsdam in Potsdam

We arrived at the hotel around 7pm and were greeted warmly by the reception staff, which gave a good first impression.

Our room was on the first floor and, while very basic, it was clean enough for a short stay. The room itself felt a little dated, with older mattresses and fairly basic bedding and pillows.
There were no tea/coffee-making facilities or a fridge, which is a shame.

We had a look around the hotel and overall it’s a nice place to relax and spend time. The bowling alley looked fun, although €25 for a basic game felt quite expensive, so we skipped that.

We did visit the spa, which was a highlight of the stay. The pool was warm and inviting, and the whole area was clean and well maintained. The steam room and sauna were also nice, and although nudity was allowed there, everyone wore swimwear in the pool area. There are only a few loungers by the pool, which could feel a bit limited if the spa were busy, but it was quiet when we visited in the evening. The changing rooms and showers were clean and well kept.

The bar area itself is a really pleasant, relaxed space, great for unwinding. However, service was crazy slow, I think it was understaffed. More attentiveness would have made the experience much better…and I would have bought more drinks if they had been more attentive.

Breakfast was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and efficient, keeping everything well stocked and tidy. There was a good variety of options, with something to suit most tastes.
Nothing extra, it was basic, but nice.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel comfortable and relaxing, particularly the spa and breakfast. With some updates to the rooms and a bit more focus on customer service in certain areas, it could be even better. I would consider staying again.

The room was clean, spacious, and excellent. While the breakfast selection was limited, everything was delicious, which was very important. Booking a room through Ctrip was actually much more convenient than other international booking apps, especially check-out, which was completed online without any waiting or queuing.

I must say that I'm not a hotel snob first and foremost. But they handled our incoming group of 130 people with minimal snags. Everyone on the staff was nice and courteous.

I really liked being able to walk a short distance and stand on a nice dock in the sun, literally just out the back door.

Breakfast was just fine. Staff there awesome. I recommend it to anyone with large groups of kids because of the location. Close enough to Pottsdam

The room was very comfortable, clean, cool. Very good meal. There is payable garage but we park free at the street.

We stayed there for one night, practically passing through, we liked it a lot, there was nothing to complain about at the hotel so far, everything was good, breakfast was also more than good, the location is almost perfect, right on the lake and many things can be reached within a radius of about 30 kilometers, I could imagine booking this hotel again for 4-5 days with bikes.
