We've stayed at this hotel several times, and it's always been great. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Service is very good. The hotel is close to the train station and the city.

We had selected a single king-size bed through booking, but they gave us two beds touching each other. When I asked, they said all the king-size beds at the hotel are single beds pushed together to form a big bed.

The Hotel location was great, close to the railway station and also the GFZ .

Everything you need is in the room( even a portable make up mirror you can use with your preferred lighting 😉). The staff were very helpful. I even left my suitcase at the reception while I visited the city. And it’s literally 4min walk from the central station. I would definitely recommend!!

A new Holiday Inn hotel, perfect for young people. Located close to Potsdam Train Station, the hotel offers underground parking for 15 euros overnight. The rooms are quiet, clean, and compact. Highly recommended!

We arrived at the hotel around 7pm and were greeted warmly by the reception staff, which gave a good first impression. The room was clean, spacious, and excellent. While the breakfast selection was limited, everything was delicious, which was very important. Booking a room through Ctrip was actually much more convenient than other international booking apps, especially check-out, which was completed online without any waiting or queuing.

I must say that I'm not a hotel snob first and foremost. But they handled our incoming group of 130 people with minimal snags. Everyone on the staff was nice and courteous. We booked last minute; probably got the less nice rooms. Appeared to be above the pub-like reception and breakfast room. Quite dated decor, noisy and we could smell the cigarette smell from the outside seating below. No dinner/food options other than the breakfast. Overall not really all that cheap either - wouldnt book there again.

Rooms are big but older a bit. The service is fast and pro, the breakfast is delicious and many things are available.

Good value for money Basic, functional setup of the rooms. Single bed was comfortable, sheets where crisp and clean. Bathroom was also generally clean, with some slightly discoloured grout lines in the shower. Carpets worn, and the hallway was a maze. Breakfast buffet was varied and enjoyable. Overall, I was quite happy with the value for money and would stay here again.

The hotel unexpectedly great, the room is very good, the breakfast is really nice. I would recommend the hotel if you visit Postdam. But, this hotel doesn’t have elevator, but I think that’s still fine and worth the price 🙂

I was here for Animemesse. The rooms are clean and tidy, tasty breakfast, great position for the Filmpark. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They even let us leave our luggage at the reception to go to the convention. 100% will be back next time!

Charming quite place tucked away in a residential locality. No lift, no pets allowed, not easy to access. Interiors are lovely. Bus 616 goes to the Plantagenstr. tram stop, and from there Hbf can be reached.

The most comfortable and clean hotel on our last stay in Germany. If you are in Potsdam (which is amazing) by car this is the best possibility. Quiet, clean, comfortable! They also have a restaurant.

Nice location in the outern part of potsdam, it's actually perfect to relax as there is really nothing around it and silence can be your companion at night. It does not get 5 stars cause we asked for a double bed but we got 2 beds attached with 2 mattraces and with a little empty space between them.

Postdam is a nice place, very green and the hotel is quite pleasant. The only point is to take care about check-in which is limited to 8pm maximum

Very nice family owned hotel in Potsdam. We borrowed bikes and rode into Potsdam center, which was very nice. The breakfast has everything you need and is fresh and good. The owner is very friendly. We will for sure come back again.

Room was very clean and looked brand new. The check-in was easy and the hostess at reception was very friendly. Breakfast the next day was excellent with several hot choices including eggs sausages and bacon. I would definitely recommend and stay here again

An absolutely fantastic hidden gem with the nicest staff and cozy atmosphere. Although located centrally and close to a busy road, it was absolutely calm and silent during the night. Very good value for money and a definite recommendation!

We stayed only for a night, but service was very good and friendly. Rooms super clean with a good view, no noise at night in the backyard rooms. Price was also good and breakfast included and a good amount of choices. All in all a very pleasant stay and we would definitely book this again when in Potsdam. All the old town and centeal things up to Sans Soussi are walkable as well.
