the shower in the bathroom is leaking. the bed has holes. an extra bed is ok for 1 night. the smell in the corridors is very strong from detergents. the smell of sewage in the room. no more than 3. and we were not in the spa zone. the breakfast is not bad. the waiters take away the plates on time.There is a lot of dust in the room.the toilet just looks awful

Rich breakfast with huge variety of fruits, cold cuts, cheese, breads, pastries, cold and hot drinks BUT rude stuffs and very disappointing dinner service what offers only fast food what is inappropriate for a 4* hotel.

Great stay! The rooms are comfortable and clean, the spa is relaxing, and the breakfast is excellent. Friendly staff and a quiet location make this place perfect for unwinding.

Does what it promises: rooms are okay, and the location is decent.

Breakfast? Also okay. Limited options, but fine for a short stay.

It’s a huge hotel, though during our visit it was relatively empty.

Excellent value for money, but breakfast at €25 per person was excessive for a family, so we opted out. Parking at €25 per day was also unfortunately too expensive. The spa and pool are lovely, but we missed having a sauna infusion.

Nice hotel, a little outdated, but nothing to complain about. Clean and tidy.
Absolutely useless reception staff, no greeting, no friendliness, not even any information on where breakfast was served.
The restaurant closed at 9 pm. I find this ridiculous. I then had to wait an hour to find an Uber Eats. Surely another hour of opening isn’t too much to ask for late arrivals is it?
Breakfast was great, perfect welcoming, and the young lady who greeted me was kind and happy. Unlike the reception staff. More hospitality and friendliness needed for the guy on reception. Better still, move him to breakfast and train the young breakfast girl those skills. She would be an amazing asset better used.

Nice location but expensive parking beware
The pool was closed for two days due to need of repair. The parking in the garage is expensive and the price is not given on the net. Hotel is superbly located for walks in Potsdam’s beautiful parks

Not great for young kids - pool has no shallow end, soap dispensers are fixed high on the wall throughout the hotel. Dinner menu has three items only. Taxis are very hard to come by.

Reception wasn't so good. A young receptionist, chewing gum with her mouth open, managed to force out a hello and then handed over the room key without explanation. We've received a friendlier welcome.
