I booked a king bed but they had two twin beds joined and there was a gap in between, my back hurts a lot. They did not even inform me about this and then when I tried to call got to know my phone in the room did not work at all

I thought it would be a resort hotel like those in China, but when I got there, I realized it wasn't worth the price at all. The service was terrible, the front desk staff were difficult to communicate with, and incredibly rigid. Despite the sign saying it was a new hotel, the actual facilities and environment were nothing like that. I had booked two nights, but seeing this, I quickly cancelled the second night's booking.

Less than 30 mins drive from the city center. It's huge resort and has all the amenities to spend a perfect weekend.

I booked a room for a family, husband, wife and a 10 year old child, at check-in they said 95€ each day and we will make you a room with a terrace and the 10 year old child will live for free and we will provide you with an extra bed. I said ok and paid in addition to my reservation
At check-out they took another 130€ that your 10 year old child should pay 65€ per night

It turns out my vacation cost 340+190+130 for one room with a terrace for 2 nights!!!!!
I think I will never come again and I will advise everyone not to stay in this hotel either!!!!!!!!!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Frankfurt Gravenbruch.
